Scammers!!!

Scammers!!!! Stay away from this site. I booked for the first time, thinking I was talking to the Hampton hotel. I actually didn’t go to the website. I pulled up the hotel and called the phone number that was under the Hampton’s name. It turned out to be a third party. I wanted the hotel that was downtown but was told it was all booked up due to a convention but they have another Hampton in the same town. Asked that they have a pool and was assured that they did. Got to the hotel to find the hotel under major construction. No water in the pool. Reception desk was a cart table. Jackhammering, tiles ripped off the floor. Asked why they didn’t inform me and was told because I went through a third party. Found out the hotel that I did want to stay at had rooms and it was cheaper. Asked if they could move the funds to that hotel and was told no, that the third party had to refund me. This makes Hampton look bad and they need to stop this website! Was told I would get a full refund and I am still waiting. I am so angry! I am so sick of scammers.

Lied about the room having a pull-out couch. Gave me incorrect confirmation number. Had to directly call Hilton Garden Inn in Bluffton, SC to make sure it was actually booked. ***MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONLY CONTACTING THE HOTEL ITSELF NOT A 3RD PARKING BOOKING SERVICE.***

SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS!! I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. They said it was best rate, better than AARP, and they were contracted by Country Inn and Suites to make their reservations. I thought I was giving my credit card to hold the room. They over charged my credit card immediately, did not give the proper reservations to the hotel, and when I called to change one of the rooms, they wouldn't give me a refund.

BEWARE! SCAMMERS

Do not use this company as they are fraudulent! I will spare the details of my experience as not to wind myself up! In a nutshell, you will book a hotel, they will take your money, you will turn up and there is no booking (despite getting confirmation texts) when you finally find a number you will be greeted by an Indian call centre who can't do anything because they have a technical issue. I've succumbed to the fact I've been scammed but I don't want to see it happen to others and have these low life rats earn a living off of good people. Always book with reputable companies.

Misleading Service & Scammed Booking

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a vacation booked through WebBeds, facilitated by Tyler Soutee of J&T Solutions. I paid for a vacation booking service that was supposed to save me money and offer exclusive deals — none of which were delivered.

WebBeds was the platform used for my booking, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The accommodations were cancelled without our knowledge or consent, and when issues came up, there was no support or accountability from WebBeds, Tyler, or J&T Solutions. I ended up losing money and receiving none of what was promised.

This experience felt like a bait-and-switch scam. Tyler Soutee failed to take responsibility, and WebBeds enabled it by providing a platform with no transparency or consumer protection.

Do not trust WebBeds or anyone booking through them, especially J&T Solutions. I highly recommend finding a reputable, transparent service — this one cost me both money and peace of mind.

We booked a hotel and we payed much more than the original price! Afterwards Webbeds was unable to reach: nor by phone nor by email.
Big time fraud. Hopefully the fraud department of my bank can accomplish more.

We are a small family-run motel in Pigeon Forge that recently had two clients arrive that were charged 450.00 for 2 nights!!! This company had intercepted them and took their money; they then booked the room FOR THEM on Booking.com! We were only charging 340 for that room on Memorial Day weekend!!!
THEY ARE A MASSIVE SCAM! I have reported the name type to booking.com, but there is little they can do for them. They are posing as a travel agency in Dubai, but I will bet you dollars to donuts that they are actually in Bangladesh or some other far-flung SH! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!

Never booked with Webbeds!!

Rate to 0- I recently booked through Booking.com and they are the Third Party base in Dubai.
Their customer service is useless and has different approach. Been calling here and there, as per the hotel instruction, I have to call the third party which is WEBBEDS to modify the guest name. A simple request that it can't cost them. They even ask me to call booking.com to send them an email before doing so. What is the difference?
Never booked with Webbeds!!!!! Completely lack of concern with the customer.

Worst comapny

Absolutely worst company to work with. Booked a hotel and after arriving the pool was closed, no continental breakfast. The room had mold growing on the wall, toilet ran the whole time. Bathroom sink was pulled off the wall. Contacted the company and was told to deal with the front counter. I disputed the charge with credit card company.

I work for a hotel and this company can never give the correct card information or payment amount for my guests who trusted them with their funds. We wait days to get a transaction to go through IF IT EVER DOES. Their customer service is useless. You cant get updated card information or solve problems over the phone, they have you email someone else while they sit on the phone with you and collect a paycheck for doing nothing. They are a giant scam. They blame it on our POS system, which is a Hilton installed and hilton branded computer with hilton security features, yet webbeds says it isnt labled "hotel", bunch of crap.

Hotels hate this company.....

As a hotel Night Manager I can attest that this company is horrible with sending in payments. I am currently, yet again, waiting 3 days for this company to send in payment for their customer. By the end of my shift tonight I will be forced to charge the guest directly as we have not received payment from this company. All we get are vague responses to our emails about how they are 'working on getting a new virtual credit card out', but Three days later nothing but excuses. ALWAYS call the hotel directly, we can give you better rates as well as concrete reservations that if anything goes wrong is OUR responsibility not some Faceless Third party on the other side of the Globe.

Terrible Customer Service & Rigid Policies – Avoid This Platform!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with [Company Name]. Despite spending over 10,000 SGD, I encountered unhelpful customer service, rigid policies, and a complete lack of concern for customer experience.

A simple amendment to my booking, which would have cost them nothing, was outright refused. The platform seems to prioritize its own policies over customer satisfaction, making it clear that once they have your money, they’re not interested in assisting you.

I strongly advise against using this service, especially for high-value transactions. If you run into any issues, don’t expect flexibility or a customer-first approach. Avoid at all costs and book directly with providers whenever possible!

Did WebBeds defraud me?

I booked to stay at Westin in Puntacana in the Dominican Republic through a company called getaroom.
On arriving I was told that the booking had been cancelled. I had not been notified nor refunded. Westin kindly gave me the cancellation notice - it was from WebBeds.They had cancelled it and not notified me more refunded me

My mum and I booked a Wowcher mystery…

My mum and I booked a Wowcher mystery holiday and Webbeds were used for transport to and from the airport. The holiday was perfect, so would recommend a wowcher mystery holiday. BOOK SEPARATE TRANSFERS!!!

We were greeted with a very rude and surly driver who didn’t speak to us once. He made my mum and I feel very awkward and a little uneasy about our travel, which made us feel a bit negative about the start of our short trip.

We also noticed Wowcher had booked the wrong time to be taken to the airport on our journey home - we would’ve been picked up at the time our flight was due to leave! I contacted the company to see if things could be changed and we could have an earlier pick up, however they refused a refund and told us to deal with it with wowcher.

I am extremely disappointed by this service as it wasn’t a proper reflection of our time away (Fuengirola, Spain). Will be making a formal complaint over the phone.

Watch out

Watch out. They offer premium rooms at low prices, then at the hotel it turns out that they reserved and paid for the cheapest room available. Impossible to get refund - they're Dubai based.
