We are not a hosting company—your complaint about VPS/server costs refers to third-party services, which we merely facilitated as an optional convenience. Hosting and domains are always the client’s responsibility, and this was communicated upfront.
The $1400 quote was for a 24-month VPS plan (discounted for long-term commitment). Shorter terms (e.g., 12 months) were available at a higher monthly rate, which could have better aligned with your budget. Since the website was fully built to your specifications and approved, no refunds apply for completed work. We’re happy to provide the source files and assist with deployment on a hosting provider of your choice.
