I was suspicious about if this company was going to CON me out of my hard earned money? I did have concerns as to why they wanted payment 50% upfront and then the rest quite quickly RED FLAG BUYER BE WARE!!!!!
Anyway a couple of weeks in payment made in full and now no contact at all!!!
What did I expect? Salute con! A man called Alex was my contact and he is nothing but a con man! Do not be conned by the person as he is a low life Rat.

THEY ARE THIEF AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT REFUND THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE a LYING ORGANIZATION! ALL THE LIKES ARE FROM THEIR TEAMS.I dealt with them for the creations of a store . I wanted a TikTok shop at first . Than I added a Shopify store . Which isn’t finish yet! Because of my country a TikTok shop isn’t possible . At first I asked to be refunded in full for both stores . And we had an agreement that I will be refunded for TikTok shop only . That was 2 weeks ago . Than for a full weeks I ask the have an email proving that the request for my refund was processed! last Thursday they said I will received a mail .. it Tuesday’s night and the mail
Never came . I tried to talk with the rep. He thanks me for my patience and offered me to have another store instead with ten sales .. he mentioned that wil not get his promotion now if he refund me . We will have is promotion only in 6 months so he wanted me to refuse the refund . meanwhile the refunds was supposed to be already requested ! So why asking that if it’s already done !! now I m still waiting for the refunds .I Won’t work with them ever again . Please select your company accordingly ! Now it’s
Wednesday and still no email received as said on Thursday for my refund confirmation .

Friday . After a lot of back and forth because I published here ! I was blackmailed to take off the message here or my refund will be revoked! Funny thing is that my refund was supposed to be processed a a week ago! I have been told that everything will be done the same day . But i have not received anything!
Now Saturday! Still no mail confirming the refunds and no refunds made . Keep in mind that at first I wanted to cancel the 2services Shopify and TikTok shop and he refused stating that he has to be paid ! So I agreed! Still he hasn’t refunded me .
Sunday and still haven’t received the email and the refund.
Monday still no refund till I delete everything .
Tuesday . Still no email and no refund .. here what he said yesterday after me requesting again my full refund of 698 usd NOW because nothing was done . First remove than we will refund.

Wednesday 25th No mail received about the one supposedly sent 2 weeks ago and still no refund!

Wednesday march 4th . Never received the mail that was supposed to be sent on February 9 and I never received the refund either ! So I’m making a complaint to USA fraud department!
