We are sorry to see your trouble. Our records shows that you have canceled your cPanel hosting account on May 2023 and purchased DirectAdmin hosting account. We clearly provide step by step instructions to transfer web files to DirectAdmin hosting space, and later informed you about the design fault with your web sites (image folder not in correct location, so web pages load without images. ) . We can see you have corrected the issue with ShirdiSaicentreofsrilanka and it is loading, but still graffixxsolution.com web site issue not corrected or upload to correct location. Please contact our support if you still need any help and we are happy to help you.

Price is high for basic hosting and its limited features. There’s no way to pay online. Only local bank transfer.

Thank you for your feedback. However we surprised your complaint about service price (You have a cPanel 1GB hosting plan with us ), because we keep same renew price since year 2023. (Most of the hosting companies increase their service fee annually. )
Our best effort to keep same price regardless of Annual cPanel licensing fee update, increase of other service fee.
Also we've kept your hosting service online for Four months with an Overdue invoice (Invoice #182174 - Oct 2024). We don't think any other company help such a way. So we have done our best to provide uninterrupted service because we values our customer more than money.
