What a horrible company. I wish I never heard of WEBSITECRUISE. Had no clue what they were doing for any of my projects. I lost thousands of dollars. All projects they did was filled with coding errors, incomplete or not done at all after three years. None of their work was usable. Everything was a total wash. What website you know takes three years to complete? I wish I read their reviews before I made my first payment to them. Total nightmare. I lost so much using website cruise. Full story coming soon!

Unless I cruise maybe one of the worst development companies out there. They lie, they cheat customers and they have no clue to what they're doing with web development. Do not trust them they will take your money and make you pay more without professionalism or even finishing your product. Refund does not exist!

After spending over $5,000 and more than 2 years of back-and-forth, I ended up with an incomplete, locked-down website and constant demands for more money. Even after I had paid. They say I owe more now than the last time. I told them this. Every issue I raised was flipped back on me, as if it was my fault for their delays and missing work.

They’re aggressive with follow-ups, but disappear when it's time to deliver. Despite claims of ownership, I can’t even update my own site.

To protect me and others kike me, I plan to report them to the BBB and my state’s Attorney General. They called ME an extortionist! All because I asked for what I believed to be fair. I did a lot of work too! Be warned: this is not a business, it’s a SCAM hiding behind a polished pitch. Don’t fall for it.

Y'all got me this time. Over $5000 and NOTHING but wasted time and money to show for it.

I wish I would have seen these reviews when I was doing my research. Website cruise is not a company you want to work with. They are constantly asking for more money after you had just paid. They do not respect your time and will constantly sends texts and calls until you do respond. I am a nurse working long hours and they will get frustrated if my response is a day late, however when you have a scheduled call they are late to call. I am very dissastisfied and am out thousands of dollars. This company is quite frankly a scam and I would never want anyone to work with them. I am supposed to have my own rights to my website, but can't even edit or add blogs myself... Let me just warn you to RUN now.

Some incompetent and unprofessional individuals are developing website. They develop my website swanmortgage.com.au with wrong email and could not retrieve beckend credentials. Now they are asking money again to fix the issue

This company is a scam, there cost is high there Service is below 0.

If you hire this company, you will receive nothing worth using.

Chris and his web team are honest to work with them. I had approached them in August to built up new website. From time to time they took care ,worked with in my budget. Chris Project Manager listen and understood what needs to be done, several changes were made, had patience and provided excellent customer care. They are reasonable as compared with other companies. They put clients interest priority with complete satisfaction. Several times requested to Chris and he would get the things done through with his web developer teams. I am based in texas and in future
would recommend them. Chris is the best and his team for their trust, honesty, quality of the work performed.

I hired this company in July of 2022 to build a website for my new small business. They quoted me a price and said it would take 2-3 weeks to complete. They said if I paid an extra fee, I could have it in 1-2 weeks, but I declined because the original timeframe worked for my timeline. When the time came to go live, they approached me about hosting. I was going to host with GoDaddy but they insisted that I needed a dedicated server. When I couldn't pay the outrageous fee, they decided that I didn't need a dedicated server after all, and they convinced me to purchase some other hosting deal they had on special. I ended up paying 3 years in advance. 7 weeks later, my website went live. It was a mess! There were typos, text and buttons left over from the wordpress template they used, inconsistencies between the desktop and mobile versions, the contact form didn't work, and the user registration plug in didn't send notifications. They tried to tell me it was impossible to be notified by email when a new client registered. Instead, they wanted me to continuously refresh the dashboard all day to check for new users. How insane is that? 1 month later, my contact forms still weren't working. I watched 20 YouTube videos on Wordpress plug ins and fixed the issue myself. At that point, the trust (and respect) was gone so I hired a second website company to clean up their messy work and maintain my website going forward. When I hired the second company, they needed the login credentials. Website Cruise dragged their feet and it took days to get the password. When I told them I was switching hosting companies (after only one month of the 3 years I paid for) they told me I would have to pay $500 for the database files and FTP funnel. Thank God I knew not to trust them, because my new website company transferred the website for free. Just when I thought I was done with this company forever, I get an email from Pixsy demanding $1800 for unauthorized use of an artist's image. The shady website designers at Website Cruise apparently don't pay for the images they use on their client's websites. When I approached Website Cruise about it, they blamed me. They said that it was my responsibility to make sure the images THEY USED were licensed for commercial use. How does that make sense? They said it all could have been avoided if I would have paid them an extra fee (so many extra fees throughout this whole process) to copywrite my website. How does copywriting my website help with unauthorized use of someone else's images? If I could give this company negative stars I would. It was (and will always be) one of the worst business decisions I have ever made. They are classic bait and switch scam artists that use unauthorized images on your website. A simple project that should have cost me $700 has turned into a $5000 nightmare. Buyer beware!!!

Bait-and-switch

They start out with $700 to design my site. Taylor the chat person told me that it takes about 2-3 weeks to complete. I said what if I pay you $1,000 (they took the money) and guaranteed me 10 days turnaround. Wrong! It took 4 weeks. I supplied all the design, videos, and everything that was needed. They're not in California but somewhere in the Indian time zone. Once they finished the design then here comes all the add-on that was NEVER explained to you from the beginning or during the process. Now, I have to pay for hosting, some type of IP, and ADA. I looked at many sites about ADA. 95% of sites don't have any on them but I have to pay $2750 for my site to work or get shut down. The total came out to be $8,000. I signed up for 10 years' pay. However, after 3 months, ads start appearing on my site. They blamed spyware and other kinds of stuff. I guaranteed you that they put those ads there. They kept everything in-house so how on earth my site can be effect by outside? I'm not even going to ask how much more it would cost to remove those ads. I'm tired of this piece of S##t lying company. They will take you through the wringer. They don't care or offer to fix the problem but just want to find more ways to charge you money.

Website Cruise has to be one of the best web development services providers out there. The company has helped me build a website exactly the way I desired. Not only that, but the customer service they offered was certainly fantastic. They solved all of my queries promptly without any delay. This is something I found to be special about Website Cruise. In addition to this, they also gave me a lot of advice with regards to things that I must include in the website so that it can perform better. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the outstanding services they offered and will surely avail myself of the great services they are offering.

We've had the worst possible experience with this company. Within a two/three weeks of signing up, we had created and shared a detailed level of our requirements document. Their creative managers, Adam Smith and Richard Hall, sat mum on it for around 3 months and never raised a concern if something was not achievable. They kept providing false information that the development is in progress and is approaching completion. During this time, they forced us to additionally pay for transforming our requirements into a specific format they wanted, which they had never quoted when signing up.

When we did not get to see the site developed for around 4 months, the two creative managers vanished and stopped responding to our emails. Least did we realize that misleading customers was their creative skills. After multiple follow-up emails, they dumped some half-baked content onto our production site making it accessible by all of our customers and users. What they had delivered had too many broken links, grammatical issues, irrelevant content, and incomplete functionality. They took no effort to correct these for over a month (and never after). They went against our wish and without we validating and signing off our user acceptance, they pushed this state of the work to our production and emailed us stating the site was developed and is complete. When after multiple follow-ups on escalating these issues, we had another creative manager, Charles Morris who called and stated that they cannot develop the site as per our requirements and it would cost at least 3 times more than what we had already paid for. Something we heard for the first time in over 5 months. And when we reiterated the quality of information that was already published to our produciton site, no action was taken to correct it. Even when we stated multiple times to fix the issues on our production environment as it was affecting our business, they were least bothered to do anything.

They did not deliver content and functionality as per what we wanted nor as per what they had quoted. They had stated that the design will be 100% original, but a quick search on the internet immediately pointed us to a template on envato elements and it was the same template that our site was developed on. Nothing was original, they picked something on the internet and customized it. With the quality of their delivery, it looked like they had no past experience in Wordpress and looked they were learning it for the first time while developing our site.

After a wait of around 6 months, when they had not fixed any of the reported issues, nor did they want to take the contents off our production environment, nor did they want to develop the site as per our requirements, we asked them for a refund, which they had promised that they would do 100% refund if not satisfied. This did not happen even after a month's wait and not a single penny was returned. So, we finally had to kick them out of our production environment.

We lost our precious time and money. Their work affected our business. Please be aware and stay away from this company. This is not a professional website development company, its just a scam.
