Went great! I wanted to do it for free, but really couldn't because of the email marketing. No worries. $59 is a small price to pay for the legal expertise. I'd recommend it to anyone creating a website. it was easy to fill out and I had a lot of options for how I wanted it to appear on the website. I ended it putting it directly on my website versus linking to it. I'd recommend it to any small business who does email marketing to make sure they are compliant. I also built my opt-in page to include a link to my policy which is required in many parts of the world.

I got the tip to you use guys from another author. ALL authors do email marketing and we are typically a solo business. It also makes my website look more professional.

The website is buggy. I emailed their support team within less than an hour after I purchased the service asking for a refund. They didn't respond. A few weeks later I disputed the charge. A few days later I received an insulting email claiming that they did not receive any communication from me about these "ALLEGED errors" and saying that I missed the "7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy". They also requested that I cancel the chargeback IMMEDIATELY and accused me of initiating a dispute with false claims.

UPDATE: I’ve already sent them a screenshot of the email I was referring to in my initial review but they haven’t responded to that one also. Guys, no one has to follow up with you. You should just respond to emails. It’s not that difficult 🤦‍♀️

Policy generator is good but I bought the Agency Plan with custom branding. However, the branding is really on visible to myself. As I invite and add clients to the custom domain with branding the email they receive directs them to the website policies page and not my custom domain page. I reached out to support and they told me this is just how it works. Defeats the whole purpose of branding and custom domain if I am the only one who sees it. I feel misled on my purchase and have canceled my subscription.

So easy to use and implement and we were able to make small changes to tailor make the policies to out companies specific needs.
