They made the experience easy and convenient. They helped me obtain documents that I didn't know I needed to bring, and I appreciate the fact that I didn't have to go back home to get them. The offer was fair and I got a check the same day! It took way less time than a car dealership would've taken. I didn't want to sell my car, but they made the process painless.

The process is very deceptive
The sales rep was good. Just the process was very deceptive. You give a high quote online, then when we bring the car to be looked at, the next quote was 30% less. The process took way too long and the car was picked apart. The car is in much better shape than you said it was.

When you completed your online appraisal, you did not report any physical or mechanical issues with your 2015 Toyota Avalon. During our professional in-branch inspection, our team identified several issues that were beyond what we consider fair wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and mileage, including:
• Structural damage
• Rust on the rocker panel assembly – passenger side
• Rust on the rocker panel assembly – driver side
As a licensed auto dealer, we are obligated to declare structural issues with any vehicle we sell. Unfortunately, the excessive rust on the undercarriage of your vehicle significantly impacted its resale value. We understand this may have come as a surprise, and we’d be happy to share photographs documenting the extent of the rust to support the honesty and integrity of our team.
