Nick was very efficient. He had a lot to do by evaluating my vehicle and also training in a new employee. The whole process was done in about 2 hours. I wasn’t very happy about the offer on my vehicle but I do realize it wasn’t in perfect condition.

Nick was excellent. Made an appointment and was held upon arrival. He made the process very smooth and easy. The prep prior to the appointment and procedure were the same and efficient. Best experience selling a car, fair and explained reasoning as well as made sure we had no questions.

Nick was friendly and professional, he answered our questions during the inspection of the car and on the paperwork.

Was able to sell my vehicle, transfer title and have a check in hand to cash within an hour. No FB or C'List buyers coming & going at all hours of the day...or not showing up at all. Fantastic. The only caveat is you may start with a very low offer & have to negotiate your way through, old school style. Thorough inspection process involved which (in my humble opinion) does legitimize the process. If that is not for you, could be walking away from $$.

The process was very nice. We believe our price for our car should have been more but it did have 191k miles. Paperwork took awhile to process and complete but over all, we sold the car and hopefully it will be fixed up and sold to another driver for another drive down the road. Thank you

Made an appointment based on their initial online quote. Only met with one individual who did the greeting, test drive and inspection. I will say that I was impressed with the inspection process; it was very thorough. Staff was very polite and professional throughout the process. The first offer they gave was less than 25% of the initial quote. Negotiations continued, they raised the offer twice, yet I declined the sale as I feel the final offer was less than reasonable based on researched values and sales stats.

Nick was an outstanding salesman. He gave me a price that I could deal with. It was alot more than I thought and he help me get enough money to pay off my fine. I would recommend everyone to sell there used car there. You won't be disappointed.
