Took my car there after a promising internet estimate. When I went in person I was told that estimate meant nothing. The inspection of the vehicle was thorough and fair. The negation and offer process was very dishonest and unfair. The offer that they made was more 10x below what two other companies offered and what it eventually sold for. Know your car value before going to avoid being ripped off here.

Your technician (Kyle) arrived on time. He introduced himself and explained what he was about to do. After completion of the procedure, he explained what he found and gave me offer. He was knowledgeable about the procedure and able to answer all my questions. My eyesight is limited and your company came to me. Your company picked up the car after the procedure was finished.
