Jordan was thorough and explained the entire process. It went very smoothly and I was impressed that our online evaluation was consistent with Jordan's. Expected to be in "negotiations" about the pricing and was pleasantly surprised that we did not have to experience that as an issue.

The whole experience was easy
The whole experience was easy. I called in and talked with someone about the car we wanted to sell. They gave me a price quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment. The appointment was held, and the price was more than the dealerships offer. Completed the transaction and left with a check. This was our second time, and it is the best way to sell a car.
