Her customer service is top tier and she’s very informative about cars. I was greeted by name AND with a warm smile as I came into the office and I instantly felt comfortable. Cooper also was helpful and friendly! I would absolutely come back if I had to!

The manager at the Duluth location
The manager at the Duluth location, Felicia, was so professional, and so attentive, you have no choice, but to sell your car. I was satisfied with the amount they gave me. It wasn’t exactly the amount that was quoted before I arrive, but it was very close. I was pleasantly surprised. From the phone call to the intake, I was treated like a VIP.
