I had a very good experience with the agency. Pete the Branch Manager in E. Brunswick was very up front with everything and made the transaction go very smoothly, professionally, and fairly. I would certainly recommend them to my friends. I felt they were honest and that I got a fair deal.

The process went very smoothly. No problem with price offered. The document fee charge was a bit high.

I went with a quote but after reaching there they started saying that quote is just estimates but we have to inspect before making final offer(which was 3K less than the quote), I said no and he increased it by 2K. When I said I still don't want he said take it or leave it. While leaving from there he said very rudely "once you step out of that door this offer is OFF the table". And after that they kept calling me each day for next 4-5 days saying we can offer more, you should visit again. I will never recommend them to anyone.. Instead go to place(***Max) as they will honor the quote given online(if you have provided all the details correctly).

Miguel was very nice, helpful, and professional. Company has the right staff working for them! Only complaint is I wish I could have gotten a little more for the car for I felt it was worth it with the condition and low mileage but that’s no reflection on Miguel he tried to get me what I wanted but at the end of the day he has to listen to the number his boss gives him and I accepted it as it was better than any other cash for car place offer that I went to and I don’t feel like dealing with scammers and selling on my own so overall would definitely use this company to sell a car again!

I have met people that were really professional and what more important helped to resolve issues during the whole sell/buy process, even if they had to spend 2 more hours.
