I made an appointment with Teresa who was top notch! She made the experience quick, easy and fun. Since my husband's name was on the title, I needed the original POA, however I only had a copy. Teresa with further digging was able to come up with the perfect solution by sending two associates to my house so that my husband and I could both sign the title and drive the car away. Teresa's customer service was excellent and I would recommend We Buy Any Car-Eden Prairie to family and friends. After seeing We Buy Any Car ads on TV I decided to contact them about purchasing my car. The local representative called me and was professional, courteous and understanding about why I wanted to sell my car. They were very accommodating in scheduling the mobile buyer to come and look at my car. The mobile buyer called and verified the appointment time and my address and arrived right on time. It was a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, no pressure experience. We agreed on a price, he did all the required paperwork for the sale. We sat down and he clearly explained the documents I was signing, when the car would be picked up, and clearly answered any questions I had. He was great throughout the process!
The next day I realized that I had left a
bill I was intending to mail in the car that was now locked up for pickup. I called the mobile buyer and he didn’t hesitate a second and we set up a time for him to come back to get the bill out of the car. That’s customer service!

Worst experience ever they will dump you with a very low offer. To sell my car l visted 3 dealership and webuyanycar was the lowest offer and l ended up selling my car through Facebook Market Place and l got more than double the amount that, webuyanycar offered me.
