Mylann was very professional.
The sale representative was upfront about the car inspection and through. The company uses carfax to further investigate the cars histrory which in my opinion is best for both parties. Overall a good experience.

We were pleased with our experience of selling our car. Mylann made our experience quite easy. He was very helpful in creating all the paperwork needed for the transaction. Great staff! Not so great offer!
The agent at the Elyria location was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable! I just wish the online website hadn't gave me such a high initial offer. Cuz it was very different from what I was actually offered after the inspection.

As you will be aware, the online valuation is an estimate based on the information you share with us about the vehicle. I see you did let us know about damage to the passenger side front exterior running boards. Unfortunately, when reviewing the damage, this had caused a structural issue to the rocker which had given rise to corrosion on the rail. We are obligated to declare structural damage when reselling a car and it does impact the resale value negatively as unibody damage reduces the vehicle's ability to protect occupants in the event of a collision.
