They turned my 12-year-old Ford into cash in a few hours, without me lifting a finger.

Car is in very good shape. But because they say they don't know if there are any other problems they couldn't offer more than $101
Not to mention the 2 1/2 hours it took to get $101 because it's missing a couple lugs, all of the sudden after he drove it [And he was gone for 20 minutes]

So after reading your dissertation of a response.
You have doubled down on your lies and now made them public.
I can not tell you where you pulled all of these codes from because the codes given to us that day had to do with emissions and as your sales person said "it could be a simple as a gas cap".
But you present a slew of new ones in an attempt to present to the public that you know what you're talking about.
What you DO know is how to manipulate.
Behind a computer screen now trying to smear your unhappy customer and then bold face lie about what my wife said.
You guys had us in a pinch and you took advantage.
Now you come with this wordy defense (mostly lies).
I say you guys ARE A RIP OFF. Your service is horribly slow and you remind me of the current election cycle with all the smoke and mirrors. Appearing to be wise but evil at heart, out for you own gain, trying to save face believing your own lies, stabbing them in the back smiling in their faces. You're cruddy. Down right dishonest and a disgrace. Just like the car sales stigma. You fit it like a glove.
You are a disgrace much like the current government and I want nothing to do with you and hope everyone else sees right through your response to my review.
