Just a little room for improvement

The final offer was lower than the online estimate, which was a bit disappointing, Payment was processed quickly, which made the whole experience convenient.
Overall, a smooth and hassle-free way to sell a car, with just a little room for improvement on pricing transparency.

This was an amazingly smooth experience

Konrad was knowledgeable and efficient but he did not resort to any pressure tactics. The entire selling process took about 90 minutes because of some paperwork confusion which Konrad resolved. I signed a series of transfer documents and was immediately given a check that I felt was a fair offer. I was, to say the least, amazed at how smoothly the process went.
