I wish I could give Lee more stars, she is a 10 in my book. Her professionalism and attention to details deserves the highest rating in my book. Her and Jorden made what could have be an overwhelming and challenging experience, very pleasant. Luis communicated with us to let us know his arrival time and he came on time. He evaluated the car and after a low offer negotiated a very reasonable figure that we agreed to.
