Dave was great and able to get me the amount I was asking for.

The branch manager, David Howell, made me completely at ease, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain how and what needed to be done in order to make me feel like I was number one.

Transaction went smooth. Branch manager David was a pleasant to work with. He thoroughly explained the process, and gave me a quick history of webuyanycar which I appreciated. Would not hesitate to sell another vehicle to David.

The process went well and the price was good. I initially reviewed that the appointment took about double the expected time. However, after the fact Dave, at the local branch, and the corporate office both reached out to get feedback and make sure all was resolved. Overall it was a convenient process and great customer service.

I think the price was fair, but the process took about two hours. I was expecting one hour based on the appointment slots.
Edit: After the service, We Buy Any Car provided great communication, including contacting me to provide some compensation for the extra time taken during the appointment. Overall, a professional team, a simple experience and a fair price for the vehicle.
