Overall, I give the representative a five star. I know English is not his first language but at times it was hard to understand what he was saying. He was honest and truthful about what he was going to do. He also offered some advice and tips for future car buying. He didn't make us feel rushed and was willing to work with us to get the best deal.

HONESTY & INTEGRITY
My experience was wonderful with Shawn,he was up front and honest from our first contact on the phone,and when I brand in my car and we met in person!!I titled my review honesty & Integrity because if a business doesn’t have either it will get exposed and eventually will go under by word of mouth!Shawn was very detailed and precise with a professional calm to him!!He wasn’t afraid to tell me the issues with the car and kept the whole process efficient and customer friendly!

Easy, painless selling process!
Reiki was courteous, professional and communicative; we highly recommend Reiki and would be happy to work with him again! We wanted an easy, no pressure process to sell our car and this worked out great. We felt the price offered was fair and our car was removed the next day. Really couldn’t have been a smoother process.
