Great Experience
Gave us the price we wanted for our vehicle. Almir was very personable and made the process as easy and simple as possible, even with selling a financed vehicle. They did not haggle or harass us. We are deeply sorry to hear they fell short of the five-star standards we pride ourselves on, and we're committed to making it right.
Our records do not show $2,000 of reconditioning on the Toyota, so we are very keen to understand where the disconnect lies relating to the valuation. There were some issues with the car that were not disclosed when you used our online valuation engine, but I do see the check we cut was within a few hundred dollars of the estimate after taking into account those issues.
I have filed a customer complaint on your behalf and our team will review every aspect of the transaction including appraisal notes and photographs. If any mistake was made by our team, we will happily make it right.
