The whole process was seamless and pleasant. I had to call in because I was running late and the people on the phone was super nice. Mr. Evan’s the brach Manager even stayed late to finish my deal, he was very efficient and personable. The communications were constant and on point, plus the location was convenient and clean.

We were 10 minutes late to our appointment (our fault) at the Mechanicsburg branch and Quinelle had taken a walk-in appointment prior to our arrival. He was very apologetic and we ended having to wait a half hour or so, but made it a fun night and got ice cream for our kiddos around the corner. Once we were taken care of, the process was very smooth and Quinelle ensured our transaction was completed even though it put him past closing time. Thank you for the great service! We will use this branch again in the future if the need arises.
