Very flexible when car issues caused delays

Hi everyone, I totally forgot about this spot, if you are ever looking into selling your vehicle or better yet looking for an appraisal of it, don’t look any further than this place, I was looking around everywhere carmax, carvana, others car buying places but came across them and once i filled out the appraisal application it was so smooth and the estimate I got from them, it was by far the top of their competition, process pretty smooth, trustworthy, very thorough and comfortable. I’d recommend them

Carmen is up front and honest.

Carmen was professional, well-versed in her trade, and did a great job explaining the entire process to me. I had less-than-desirable experiences with Carvana and CarMax. She helped me understand the entire process and why this experience was so different. She is very good at her job and you are lucky to have her on your team.

Nate was kind, courteous and honest. I was looking for some kind of deception and did not sense a hint of this. I would highly recommend Nate to anyone who wants a fair price for their used vehicle.

I had a great experience, Nate explained what he was going to do, looked at my truck and told me what he found. He spent some time on his computer and gave me more than what I was expecting for my truck. He explained the buying process and all the paperwork. I did not feel rushed or pressured to sell the truck

We needed to sell my mom’s car. I thought it would be a complex process but with the proper paperwork discussed during a quick call, we were in and out of the branch with a check in hand in 45 minutes. Service was fast and efficient. Great experience!
