It was very easy to make an appointment. The mobile unit came to my house. Alex did a detailed assessment of the car and made a print out of his findings. Within 1.5 hours I was offered an appropriate price. He had a computer in the car and also spoke on the phone to people assisting him. He took the time to examine all the papers which included POA for my brother, who is a disabled veteran, so that I could sell his car. The name on the title was only his first and last name and the POA was his full name. The regional manager approved purchasing the car.

My experience surprised me. Was met with friendly customer service, in and out in no more than an hour. The initial appointment was a breeze to schedule, onto unit inspection inside/out, went for a spin, came back, came up with numbers and a check was cut.
I was pleased with what I received, as my car was a 2013, had some miles and had even been hit by a mechanics truck on a construction site and side swiped on another occasion.
