Good customer service but disappointing
Office was difficult to find. Payment for car was significantly lower than the original estimate. Terry though was wonderful and the process was extremely easy.
Update: I did speak with Kevin and appreciate the customer service that is so sorely lacking from many companies today. Thank you for your additional efforts to improve my experience.

Our online valuation is based on the information provided at booking. The final number we're able to offer is set only after a professional, in-person appraisal that verifies the vehicle's condition. In your case, the vehicle also presented with meaningfully more miles on it than your most recent online estimate reflected, which moves the starting value before any condition item is even counted.
Our appraisal also documented several issues that were not reflected in the online estimate, including:
- Hail damage to the roof, requiring repair and paint
- Scratches to the front bumper and both passenger-side doors
- A damaged front molding

Terry was excellent. he explained the process very well. He was willing to negotiate with us. Everything worked very smooth. If we had to sell another car, we would do it through. We buy any Carr and Terry any day. as a female dealing with car dealer issues like this can often be painful. I didn't have any of those concerns with you by any car in Shaler. no one should hesitate to use this service and this action group.
