Great to work with!
Terry was great to work with and was even willing to move higher up the chain to have our quote reviewed. He made my mom and I feel comfortable and heard. Even though we were the last appointment of the day, we did not feel rushed to make a decision or to sign the paperwork. Terry even helped my mom out to the car when we were finished. We had an overall positive experience.

Easy process, friendly staff.
The associates were very friendly and informative about the process. You definitely should allow yourself the full hour for the scheduled appointment because they really do evaluate every little detail on your vehicle, and they keep you informed the whole time.
Once the evaluation was done, they were very helpful in completing the final paperwork and legalese. After that, they gave us a check on the spot and sent us on our way.
I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are planning on selling or trading a vehicle.
