We Buy Any Computers 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this company at all cost..

This is an update to my previous review. It's over 4 weeks now and still no payment. I did can a Paypal cheque sent to my account however 2 days before it was due to clear this co pant cancelled it.

A so called manager (John) phoned and left a voicemail telling me there were Paypal problems and I was to phone him back. And guess what, you can't get through.. when you do get through they fob you off telling you a manager will definitely phone you back today.. guess what, they don't.

Today alone I have been on hold for about 90 minutes during various different calls. The number I have had success getting them on is 01919085913, you'll sometimes get an answer on there but they are good at fobbing you off.

I have sent in excess of 12 emails and no response, I have messaged them on Facebook, which they have read but still no response.

I find it very hard to believe that the number of positive reviews in the last few days on trust pilot are genuine because hands down this has to be the worse company I have ever had dealings with.. save your selves and give this company a wide birth

honest professional service, money received a lot faster than expected

Seemed to be going well up to the point when my laptop had been tested, accepted and details passed for payment - which they say will usually 48 hours/ the business day after acceptance.
Money didn't arrive next day, Easter got in the way.
Message through website ignored.
Phone call - advised should have been paid I expect it will go through tonight
emailed direct ignored
Phone call - I'll go through to accounts - they'll call you in 10 minutes
No call but money paid within the hour.
I won't be using them again.

didn't receive payment when I was meant too, had 3 emails also ignored when I was chasing payment. then when I called, I was told it was an error on their part, no explanation and no apology either. I was told payment would take 48 hours but it has took a week to finally get this.

So easy dropped my laptop off at post office on Monday and they received it and paid it on Wednesday price was very good

Sold a few of my laptops through these trade in sites and found this to be the fastest, dropped my laptop into the post office on Tuesday and I was paid the next day (Wednesday). Email notifications to let me know what stage my order was at and online tracking are a great feature. Will use again, thanks, Ryan.

very easy received money next day

After being stung by a similar company I was very reluctant to try webuyanycomputers.co.uk, however, I must say what a fantastic company! From start to finish the process was so quick and simple. I also looked everywhere I could to get the best price for my laptop and these guys were by far the best price. Thanks

All fine - offered more for my (broken) laptop than any other sites, provided free drop-off via Collect Plus, and paid agreed amount about 2-3 weeks after drop-off.

Sent two laptops in January. Waited a month and eventually got through to be told had been paid by Paypal. Checked, not true. Got through again and told they would investigate and get back to me. Now June, no computers, no money, no one answering the phone.

Great easy site to use, laptop was picked up when asked and money in bank next day, wow well done and thank you. Will definitely use again and will spread the word
