The attention and understanding of everyone spoke to made our experience much easier than we thought. When the assessors came to check the van over, all of them came and introduced themselves; a nice touch. There was no pressure or rushing things through. All questions were answered with full explanation.
The offer there was almost spot on to our asking price. I highly recommend We buy any Motorhome. The handover went smoothly and the money was paid instantly into our account. A massive thank you to all of the staff for making this big decision so easy.

Whilst a would have preferred more money, the process was painless and the assessor, Alan Wileman, was a personable gentleman throughout the transaction.
The MH was examined, a price offered and the amount transferred to my bank account at time of sale

Whole process was straight forward, from my initial enquiry online, to the conversation I had with Aaron in the buying team, and Dave the assessor who came to look at the van and complete the sale (with Doug the driver). Dave was helpful and supportive throughout the review, clarifying the process and ensured the whole selling experience was stress free. Definitely recommend them all.

Aggressive and unrelenting marketing and sales tactics - put me off completely
I signed up for this service thinking I would get rough price estimate by 'return of post' but instead they wanted a lot of detailed information and photos of my campervan so I decided not to proceed any further and informed them accordingly. But for several weeks I continued to receive daily phone calls and even after talking to a staff member, the calls continued. I felt like I was being chased by a mad stalker! Once you share your information with this company, they never let you go... be warned!

We completely understand your expectation for a quick estimate. The reason we ask for more detailed information or photos is that motorhomes are far more complex than cars. Factors like specification, condition, layout, extras, and modifications can impact the value by thousands. Without this, any price we provide could be very inaccurate.
That said, we absolutely respect your decision not to proceed, and we’re sorry to hear that you continued receiving calls after letting us know. That’s not the experience we aim to provide.
I will personally make sure that no further calls are made and that your details are fully removed from our system.

Asked for a quote in February
Asked for a quote in February. Sent off all relevant info. Didn’t hear anything back. Then got sent an email asking for feedback on my experience in mid March. Weird as I never got a quote. Called back to ask again, was told Keeley would call me back. Never did. Then got an email saying ‘sorry you’ve decided not to sell your motorhome with us…’ still no quote. Called again, told a low ball park figure, asked for specific number. Said they’d have to call me back, never did. Literally useless don’t bother.

Professional company to deal with.
From the first phone call, Aaron was very informative and helpful. Letting us know what to expect from the sale of our motorhome to a trader.
When Jonathon and Greg arrived, they were very happy to go through what they needed to do, to check the vehicle over, and the paperwork they needed to check. They proceeded to check the vehicle thoroughly, explaining the process whilst doing so.
They were very friendly and professional the whole time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

First class service from start to finish
I wanted a pain free way to sell my campervan. I was aware that selling through this medium would mean a lower price than if I sold privately but was willing to accept a lower offer for a pain free experience. The offer I got was fair, the service I got was first class. The buyer (Sam) was helpful and I felt I got a personalised service. The technicians that collected the vehicle (Dave and Alan) were punctual, informative and just nice people. I felt completely at ease all through the process and would recommend them to anyone selling their campervan or Motorhome. Just be realistic on the price you can expect to receive! They will be fair.
