Just like your previous reviewer I have heard nothing 48hours after completing online process. Very disappointing.

Not the most comfortable way to sell a sofa!
Using this organisation to sell a preloved sofa hasn't turned out to be a very positive experience.
Having filled in their online form, which included sending photographs as instructed, I received a message which read: 'We usually respond with a quote, (a price) within the hour'. Well, here we are over 24 hours after I submitted my request for a quotation, and zero response!
After searching the webuysofas.co.uk website I couldn't locate a telephone number to register my complaint. However, there is an email address for such an enquiry. I emailed the address...guess what...it bounced back informing me that the address does not exist.
It's most definitely isn't as easy as it's made out to be!

Hi Brian,
Please accept our sincere apologies for not getting back to you sooner, this isn't acceptable and not how we wish customers to feel when experiencing our services.
Unfortunately, we have been through a migration process of our systems, which has frustratingly caused us to lose many submissions during this time.
As you will see now, the site reflects the changes that were being made on and around the time you appear to have tried to submit your sofa to us.
We can't apologise enough for this inconvenience to you and we are working hard to rectify this issue with all the submissions that have been lost.
With regards to the email not being received, this was also caused through the migration process and I happy to say that our emails are all back on and working.
Sorry again, Brian for the inconvenience caused.
