What a great company! Great design builder that allows for endless and precise design choices. Exceptional feature set. They support their clients beyond troubleshooting or billing, etc. They create a community and offer a rich library of how-to videos, etc. I emailed a department manager to request a feature and he could have not been nicer about acknowledging my communication and affirming that it would be put on their action list. I'm so happy to be a client.

I’ve encountered a technical issue with the platform, but the WebWave support team handled it professionally and with care. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also offered a kind gesture by upgrading my plan. That’s true customer support — responsive, respectful, and solution-oriented. Thank you, WebWave!

The main reason I give 5 stars is the promptness and professionalism of the Customer Relations team. I sent an email with some concerns I had on a Sunday afternoon and that same Sunday evening, I received a very detailed response, which included solutions to all my questions. I do not know Ms. Oana Stanciu from WebWave, but I gave this maximum rating because of the professional, simple and concrete way in which she responded to my email.

Chciałam nawiązać mailowo pierwszy kontakt i zapytać o kilka rzeczy, bo rozważałam założenie strony przez Webwave. Niestety zostałam totalnie olana, tak więc nic się nie dowiedziałam już się nie dowiem...

I had set my domain not to auto-renew, yet somehow, WebWave renewed it anyway—at almost double the price of the previous year. When I questioned the cost increase, the support team gave vague, inconsistent answers and refused to issue a refund.

The renewal price jumped from $15 to $25 to $40 USD. I’ve managed hundreds of domains over the years and have never encountered this kind of hidden fee hike. Their excuse? “That’s just how it works.” Except, it doesn’t. Other registrars don’t nearly double their renewal fees year-on-year.

I would avoid WebWave for this and other reasons, ie being tied into their platform. If they keep raising prices like this it is bs.

Webwave is a great choice for a website ai builder. There pages are crisp, easy to use interface, and 24/7 support I highly recomend

Wady:
- Słaba pomoc ze strony "pomocy".
- Przy natężonej pracy w kreatorze rozłącza stronę i cała praca idzie na marne.
- Strata pieniędzy w najwyższym pakiecie.
Z mojej strony sprawdzony problem na trzech komputerach i w trzech różnych przeglądarkach.
Problem się powtarza a "pomoc" udaje że to nie ich problem... Stanowczo nie polecam.
I nie piszcie że nie macie takiego e-maila.

Jest to moje pierwsze doświadczenie z samodzielnym kreowaniem strony przy użyciu kreatora typu no-code i jestem bardzo zadowolona. Bawię się narzędziem dopiero od kilku dni, ale już odkryłam wiele ciekawych funkcji. Wszystko jest dosyć intuicyjne, a szereg tutoriali oraz dostęp do pomocnego czatu z żywymi osobami sprawia, że wszelkie wątpliwości są szybko rozwiewane. Bardzo adekwatna cena do jakości. Polecam, zwłaszcza dla początkujących, laików w temacie, jak i osób chcących samodzielnie rozpocząć swoją przygodę z projektowaniem stron praktyczną metodą prób i błedów :)

Świetny kreator, świetna obsługa klienta. Czat dostępny prawie zawsze. Panowie mega pomocni (i prawdziwi, nie AI;).
Szkoda tylko, ze stworzone tam piękne strony nie są w zasadzie wyszukiwalne, bo w ogóle nie są przygotowywane pod SEO. Ale i tak polecam firmę

Jeden z lepszych Kreatorów graficznych z jakim przyszło mi obsługiwać. Dodatkowo Generator AI jest fenomenalnym game changerem!

Konkurencyjny cenowo, ma funkcje AI i świetny support!

Trzeba zwrócić uwagę, że firma oferuje na początek bardzo niski roczny koszt subskrypcji planów premium po czym po roku stawka wzrasta niemal 3 krotnie. Bez subskrypcji stworzona strona nie może być wyświetlana pod własną domeną. Oferta na stronie nie określa tego jednoznacznie. Aby przenieść stworzoną stronę na inny serwer trzeba ją dodatkowo "wykupić" i to bez możliwości jej edytowania. Osobiście drażnią mnie takie "sprytne" zagrywki... Nie polecam

I am very disappointed with Webwave's service. They took my money without my permission. I didn't use the domain, and it's not even active, yet they still charged me because my card details were stored on the platform. I was not asked if I wanted to continue the service, nor did I receive an invoice. I only got an email notification after the payment was taken. I hope to receive a refund soon,

Non rispondono l’assistenza vendono e commerce creati così tanto per e li rivendono poi non ti aiutano a risolvere i problemi.

I have been using WebWave for several months and it has proven to be an easy to use WYSIWYG builder. I'm technically proficient but not a designer or coder by any stretch of the imagination. I have just started trying out the AI site builder, but so far this seems more powerful that other similar offerings. The hosting is very fast and I like that I no longer have to worry about maintaining other hosting.

WebWave impressed me with its intuitive drag-and-drop interface and robust features. Creating a responsive, custom website was a breeze. Highly recommend for designers and novice users!
