Die Beratung war super und auch das Kleid ist wunderschön.
Jedoch hat man bei einem Kleid für 169€ nicht mal einen Kleiderbügel bei der Abholung bekommen und musst das Kleid über dem Arm tragen - das finde ich sehr schade.

I have now been here a few times as a bridesmaid and helping brides find their dresses. Back again for another round as a Bridesmaid and cannot be happier. Good selection of dresses, easy to drop in and try on. The experience is relaxed and easy. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Michelle is particular is always excellent.

Would just like to say I had the most amazing experience right from stepping foot in the shop! Michelle and Rusanda were just amazing! The energy was unreal! Rusanda just understood what I was not looking for and knew where to go from this. I nearly walked out with two stunning dresses because of how hard the decision was! I loved that Rusanda gave me advice about going with a dress that I love which came in very handy on the final decision. Even the wildcard dress she picked was amazing! I cannot fault my experience one bit! We managed to get a wedding dress, veil and bridesmaid dressss all within 2hours! Was fantastic! Thank you both so much…if any big bosss are reading this Rusanda is deserving of a pay rise!

I’m an older lady in my 60s renewing my wedding vows and wanted a special dress the staff were absolutely amazing very helpful and understanding I walked out of there with the dress of my dreams!❤️

I came into the store with my mother and her friend, and we both had totally different opinions on what to get. We were so pleasantly surprised to end up buying a dress that both of us were happy with, an absolute miracle!

The lady Erin that helped me find my dress was amazing. We went to the Cardiff and I went in with a vision of one particular dress that I’d found on they’re website and didn’t want a veil however after I tried it on I didn’t feel feel that it was the one and in her words she saw the light disappear from my eyes however she found me something so special that I cried when I put it on and knew straight away it was the one she found a veil that was simple and finished the dress off perfectly and made me feel so beautiful. Erin was so knowledgeable and kind and put me at ease from the moment me and mother met her and I’d 100% recommend this store to any upcoming brides. I’d just advise you go in open minded as you might find your perfect dress is completely different to what you first imagined.

We had the most amazing experience on Saturday in the Birmingham Shirley Store! Debbie is a star, I felt so looked after and she was really patient in helping me find my dream dress! All of the ladies were so lovely, kind and knowledgeable and everything was really well organised. (PS - wed2b, you need to name a dress after Debs for all her years of incredible service!)

The staff are pleasant to deal with but none of the dresses they have advertised are available and it took hours to find the dress which luckily someone else didn’t want, after trying to sell me dresses which I told them I did not like and was sizes to large and would need alterations that I would have to pay for as they try anything to make more money. They push you to buy an underskirt to make more money which isant required as they like to say and always add on extra products which aren’t required to push the price up. My dress also needed work doing due it to be defective which I luckily noticed before they handed me my bag, they was reluctant to sort these but I was not paying for a defective dress that was new in the hanger..

The experience was perfect, my needs and wants were listened too and carried out amazingly, I felt truly supported and cared for, amazing and definitely the best experience I could have wished for.

I was so nervous going in, as this was my first time dress shopping and had no clue what I wanted but Mariah was incredible! She really listened, and somehow knew exactly what I wanted. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease and was so knowledgeable. She is an absolute diamond! And I said yes to the dress!
There was also loads of selection in store, and we were seen to so quickly.

I had a fantastic experience at wed2b, ashford today, all the lovely ladies were great, Nick was so helpful and friendly, and helped me find my dream dress straight away! Thankyou Nick!☺️

Ik had een droomjurk in gedachte maar dankzij de dames uiteindelijk in een nog mooiere jurk geslaagd!

als dochter van de bride, vond ik het een perfecte ervaring! we werden erg goed geholpen door mieke en aylin! de sfeer was erg leuk, goed advies en eerlijk. er wordt mega goed geluisterd naar de wensen van de bride, en ook de gasten (zoals ik) werden goed meegenomen! een erg mooie ervaring.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Berina! Sie war unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und hatte sofort das perfekte Gespür für mein Brautkleid. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderschöne Erlebnis – ich kann den Laden und besonders Berina von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

If finding dresses was an Olympic sport, Trish would be bringing home the gold!

She somehow managed to keep 2 brides, 3 bridesmaids, and everyone’s opinions under control—all while making us laugh from start to finish.
She has the patience of a saint, the honesty of your best friend, and an incredible eye for what actually suits people (even when we insisted we knew better!).

There were plenty of laughs, lots of “just one more dress,” a few dramatic exits from the changing room, and, somehow, we walked away with the perfect bridesmaid dresses.

No stress, no tears—just happy faces and gorgeous dresses.

She has now dressed me as the bride and 3 bridesmaids- all diff dresses to compliment us!!!
She will be highly spoken of on our wedding day!!!

Thank you, Trish, for making one of the biggest wedding jobs feel so easy and so much fun. If we could give you six stars, we would. We only wish you sold wedding guests too—you’d have us all organised in no time!

Very disappointing experience with WED2B Rotterdam. I purchased my wedding dress and a veil based on advice from the sales assistant, but the veil turned out to be clearly a different colour and does not match the dress when worn.

Despite providing photos and requesting a reasonable exchange, customer service refused any solution due to the expired return period, without taking responsibility for the initial recommendation.

For a bridal specialist, I expected accurate guidance and some flexibility when an item clearly does not work as intended. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Edit: after posting this on TrustPilot, they still have only responded with a generic reply that I can to contact customer service, which I already did and filed a formal complaint. No solution has been offered whatsoever.

Ruby was fantastic, she was so helpful and going on a weekday was a game changer as we spent 3 hours trying on all the options in my size that I was interested in and it's made me so confident in the one I liked the most. Thank you so much Ruby! <3
