Wow! We had a quick turnaround time for our daughter’s wedding in Glasgow, and she really had no idea what kind of dress she wanted; plus, she’s really tiny and there aren’t a lot of dresses in her size. There are a lot of bridal shops in Glasgow, but many of them require appointments. Wed2B was completely different: we were able to walk right in and were warmly greeted by Michelle, who assigned us to Marie. Within 10 minutes, Marie was asking our daughter about her style preferences - and was extremely supportive when we couldn't provide a lot of initial detail. Marie had our daughter try on one dress at a time, modifying the dresses she showed us after each one. Michele joined us after a bit, and together, they were just amazing: so patient, so sweet and so helpful, and they eventually found a dress that fit her perfectly and needed only minor alterations. Both Michele and Marie were so supportive, it made everything so easy: we walked into Wed2B a bit nervous and walked out with the perfect dress. What an awesome experience!!!

Ich bin heute ganz spontan in das Geschäft gegangen und hätte niemals damit gerechnet, so eine wundervolle Erfahrung zu machen. Von der ersten Minute an habe ich mich unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Mitarbeiterin war so herzlich, lieb und aufmerksam, dass ich mich sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Sie hat sich viel Zeit für mich genommen, ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen und hatte ein erstaunliches Gespür dafür, welche Kleider zu mir passen könnten. Jedes Kleid, das sie mir gezeigt hat, war etwas Besonderes. Man hat gemerkt, dass sie ihren Beruf mit viel Leidenschaft ausübt und genau weiß, was zu einer Person passt. Die Brautkleidsuche ist ein sehr emotionaler Moment, und dank ihrer liebevollen Art wurde dieser für mich zu einer wunderschönen Erinnerung. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese tolle Erfahrung und kann das Geschäft von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen.💗

Amelia looked after me today. I was so nervous, didn’t know what I wanted but she held my hand the entire time, I was so relieved after trying the first dress on I felt instantly relaxed and at ease. I was worried about feeling under pressure but Amelia quickly put my mind at ease and made me feel my best!

I was put at ease and made to feel welcome, the girls were amazing, I found my perfect dress, nothing was rushed they made my search so easy

Aaliyah was amazing from start to finish not pushy very open and gave the best experience ever.

My first dress i popped on i feel in love with and aliyah went out to make sure they had my size and come back in with it so because of the experience and the dress I feel in love with i said yes to the dress.

The person who helped me was very knowledgable and patient, she made the experience very enjoyable for me and my daughter. However the range of sizes is limited and lots of the dresses I saw that I liked online they didn’t have in store in a size for me.

me, my mum, nana and maid of honour went in today with no intention of buying a dress and just to try it on. Michelle dressed me and i could not recommend her more she made me feel so at ease and so comfortable! michelle also cried when i tried on the dress i ended up buying! she made me feel so special along side her colleague Becca she was amazing too, and tried me with different vails and clips and was just making me feel so so special, i’ve come away with an amazing dress and vail!
i wish i could do it all over again! the service was outstanding

Had a really lovely experience at wed2be in kirkstall, all the staff went above and beyond. I spoke to Imogen and showed her some inspiration pictures and she brought exactly what I was looking for! We went over time a bit as I wasn’t expecting to find a dress the first time trying ones on but they didn’t rush anything. They also helped me find a place to do alterations quickly! Incredible grateful! Highly recommend, thank you! 😊

I visited on 17 June and was convinced I knew what dress I wanted. My assistant on the day was Megan who was just amazing, after telling me that they didn’t have a lot of options in the style I was after in my size she pulled it out of the bag with a short dress/over skirt combo that was almost exactly what I had envisioned. I had a small reservation about the neckline but she showed me what alterations could be made to it to make it 100% the dress I had in my head and after that I was sold! We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point and Megan listened to exactly what I wanted and managed my expectations throughout the visit. The manager Michelle was also lovely and helpful and just made for an all round lovely experience to say yes to my dream dress :)

I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress here. Nina was absolutely amazing friendly, patient, and so helpful throughout the whole appointment. She really listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable and excited every step of the way.

The service was fantastic, and thanks to Nina, I found the perfect dress. I would highly recommend this shop to any bride-to-be!

I had a lovely experience in the Glasgow store, the staff were so lovely and helpful and while I didn’t find the dress for me, they really helped me narrow down what I’m looking for and phoned one of their other stores to help me on my way. Fab customer service

I was instantly put at ease by the staff who showed such kindness.
Andrea took excellent care in guiding me through the process, taking time to listen and provide some really great practical advice - she really helped me enjoy the experience and made me forget my initial fears.
Needless to say I said yes to the dress - Thank you to all at Wed2b Edinburgh!

The ladies were lovely the minute you walk in. Very easy process lovely sofas to sit and wait if it’s busy. Definitely worth going during the week. Tried on a couple of dresses and found the one i couldn’t stop thinking about. You will say yes to the dress here.

The costumer service beforehand was so helpful and kind and made it possible for me to get a specific dress I wanted to try on reserved for me bc it was only available in my size in this exact store.
The bridal dress shopping was great, the team in Eindhoven, especially lovely Jennifer, was really kind and supportive. The whole experience was wonderful and I am totally happy and content with my dress and choosing Wed2be as a store. I can only recommend it!

⭐️ Very poor experience — 1 star

Went today to collect 6 bridesmaid dresses. I’d called specifically to check when they’d arrive, only to be told they’d actually been sitting in store ready for collection since the end of April. It is now 15th June — over six weeks later — and I’d heard absolutely nothing.

When I raised this, the manager claimed someone tried calling me back in April. I check my voicemail daily; there were no missed messages or calls from them anywhere. She also said email is their standard process — but no email was sent either. On their own record form, it clearly shows only one single note of a “call attempt”, with none of the follow‑ups or extra tries that should have happened.

Then I was charged £10 per dress just for plastic covers/bags — the cheapest of items. Given how badly handled the whole process was, you’d expect these to be offered as a simple goodwill gesture, not an extra fee.

When we finally got the dresses out, she just said “check them” but didn’t explain what exactly we were supposed to be checking. I even had to prompt her to open the packaging fully so I could confirm the sizes were right.

Disorganised, poor communication, and unhelpful attitude even from the manager herself. Not the service you expect when you’re preparing for a wedding — definitely won’t be recommending.
