AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SHOROF UDDIN IS SCAMMING VICTIMS AND HAS STARTED POSTING AGAIN ON INSTAGRAM TO LURE UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS. HE IS NOW BANKRUPT AFTER A COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENT AGAINST HIM AND HAS HAD DEBT COLLECTORS AT HIS DOOR TO RECOVER FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED AMOUNTS.
Imagining booking Rolls Royce for your wedding, your special day and for it not to turn up. Calling the company on numerous occasions and being misled that the car is on its way but never turned up.
Eventually ignoring our calls and ruining that moment for us but thankfully not the day!
If you care about yourself and your day, DO NOT USE THAT COMPANY, not worth the stress!
Whilst booking, they are responsive alright but afterwards, they just ignore you once they have your money!!

Terrible, disgusting, fraudsters, fake, unreliable, if you book them just know they won't turn up and will ruin your day . The customer service is the worse too, these people need to be stopped and reported and I won't stop because no one deserves this on their special day.

They took our money for them to transport our bride for a wedding, only for us to find out they’re FRAUDULENT! They nearly ruined the whole day by not turning up, and basically stole the funds, and did not answer any calls. Authorities will be notified about this company. Save your coins.
I wish I could give no stars at all. That’s how bad the service was. We booked them for my cousins wedding on the 9th September 2023 and they did not come! We called them hours before the arrival time asking if we were on course for the set time and they reassured us that the driver is on their way. As the time got nearer no calls were received and our calls to them kept getting bounced. They had the audacity to lie and say they were near us “at the hospital” to be precise. Which was all a lie. If you fancy loosing money then go ahead and book them.
Terrible, didn’t even come and pick the couple! When we called they just kept ignoring! It’s not fair but we move!! They did not stop us from having a great day!

absolutely horrendous and hugely disappointing. Had this car service booked for a very special event only for them to not show up, excuse of traffic with no updates and then not picking up calls.

This company is not reliable, I would never recommend anyone to depend on this company. They let my big sister down on her wedding day, we kept contacting them and they kept pretending that the driver was on his way way. At a point, they stopped picking up our phone calls and made us late to the church ceremony. How devastating is it to inform the bride that the car she paid for £500 is not going to come and we have no idea what’s happened although she has paid already! I would NOT recommend please save your tears and money, do not book this company!!!
We had a car booked for last Saturday 9th September.
We kept calling the driver who told us he was 5mins away. He stopped answering our calls and he wasn’t responding to messages.
The bride ended up with no means of transport to her wedding and then her reception.
The service was really horrible. And we couldn’t reach anyone on their website or via Instagram

My friend booked this service on the day of her wedding car did not arrive ! We kept calling and they would pick and hang up the phone ! This was HER WEDDING DAY ! they also didn’t compensate her well ! They are scammers, we had to find her a ride from the hotel to the venue !

Stolen money. The car did not arrive. The people in charge and management take your money and then go silent. They do not respond. They are fraudsters. They avoid all texts and calls.
