Couldn’t believe how fast my custom order was completed and shipped! Pieces were gorgeous upon arrival.

I love these little mason jars! 4 starts instead of 5 because I do wish I could have decreased the font size for our names because “Jordan” became “ordan” on a couple shot glasses. I’m guessing this is because combined our names are too long! Decided to keep them anyways as it’s an easy laugh!

The shipping time is amazing. For free shipping the window is 2 weeks away roughly but every package I have received is within the week I ordered!

Size of mugs was good, however when brushing my thumb over engraving (not great size of font for the lg mug so it’s hard to see) a shard of glass got stuck in my thumb.

Overall great speed for delivery but not impressed with quality or QC for end product…..just glad this was an order for me snd the hubby and not a gift for someone.

The correspondence with the company was prompt and helpful.
