I started using Wedola last year after becoming frustrated with my emails ending up in clients' junk folders while using another CRM. Switching to Wedola has been a complete game changer. My emails are now reaching potential clients, being opened, and actually starting conversations rather than getting lost in spam.

One of my favourite features is the client portal. My couples consistently tell me how much they love having everything in one place instead of searching through endless email threads. The ability to automate workflows, integrate brochures and proposals directly into emails, and keep everything organised has saved me so much time.

I also love the reminders and notifications, which keep me on top of every stage of the client journey and satisfy my need to know exactly what's happening at all times! Since moving to Wedola, my client experience has improved dramatically, and my business feels far more organised and efficient.

I genuinely recommend Wedola to anyone in the wedding industry looking to streamline their workflows, improve communication, and create a better experience for their clients.!

So glad I moved over to Wedola!

Since moving from a different CRM to Wedola just a few days ago I'm already getting great feedback from my couples. The interface is gorgeous and easy to navigate. Couples are loving their own portal. The automated emails and actions are great and I like getting notifications when my couples interact with the portal.
Having a dashboard notebook is a huge bonus - who needs apple notes or post-its anymore?!
So glad I moved over.

The Apple of the CRM world

I love using Wedola, I switched from previous CRM at the back end of 2025 and honestly I haven't looked back. Wedola feels like Apple vs Android, and boy is it Apple. It's slick, looks gorgeous and constantly getting better and better. I cannot give enough praise to this product and its creator Russell.

Wedola is perfect for individuals and companies within the wedding industry; it does everything you need and reduces the admin and invoicing process. I attempted some of the more well known systems previously, but they seemed more tailored towards medium to large businesses. Chat GPT actually suggested Wedola, glad it did! Thanks so much.

A genuinely helpful CRM for wedding businesses
I’ve been using Wedola for my luxury wedding cake business, and it’s been a real game-changer for staying organised and on top of enquiries.
As a wedding supplier, my leads come from lots of different places — Hitched, social media, my website, wedding fairs and direct emails — and Wedola has given me one clear, calm place to manage everything. I can see who’s enquired, who’s booked, who needs following up, and what stage each couple is at without feeling overwhelmed.
What I especially love is how intuitive and easy it is to use. It doesn’t feel over-complicated or techy, which is so important when you’re running a creative business. Having client profiles, cost calculator , contracts, notes, workflows and emails all in one place has helped me respond more consistently and professionally, while still keeping everything personal.
It’s been a huge help in streamlining my admin and giving my couples a better experience from first enquiry to booking. I’m really enjoying the platform so far and can absolutely see it becoming a core part of my business going forward.

An absolute must for any wedding professional

I've been doing everything quite manual for some time, but this year I've outgrown those processes as I've taken on more bookings. I explored a few options and am only very early in using Wedola, there's still plenty I need to learn but early indications are superb. The interface is impecable, the app is brilliant and I love having everything in one place.

Wedola is the perfect CRM for wedding…

Wedola is the perfect CRM for wedding creatives. I have struggled to integrate CRM's into my workflow in the past as they are generally confusing and complicated. Wedola is much more intuitive and a pleasure to use. The client portal feature is incredible. The very fact that I can track emails and get notifications when they have been delivered or opened is so useful. I am only scratching the service and it has made a significant improvement on my business and experience for my clients. I have contacted Wedola for support and they have been quick to respond when I needed.
