We’re sorry to see that you downgraded your rating from 5 stars to 2 stars due to the delay in receiving your medication. We completely understand your disappointment, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our team did provide updates regarding the delay, and we appreciate your patience during this time.

As some of our medications fall under Controlled Drug classifications, we are subject to legal restrictions in the dispensing process, which can occasionally result in unavoidable delays. To help minimise this, we encourage patients to complete their payment as soon as possible after their consultation. In your case, it appears that the payment was made after the same-day processing cut-off, which contributed to the delay.

We are committed to ensuring a smoother experience for you in the future and will do everything we can to facilitate prompt payment and avoid any further delays. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to continuing to support you on your journey.
