Very professional care
I really like the professionalism of the care team. They are knowledgeable and reply in a timely manner. I am using the app which is user friendly and helpful. I have not booked any fitness appts yet but I might do that which is a great asset. My only issue is in waiting for my 2nd month of pills and have no idea when they will get here. Bin don’t know how long the process takes to get them - and the shipping - It would be nice if we could track the delivery. I have 1 pill left and don’t know when they will come.

The progress is good for me currently…
The progress is good for me currently as I have been in several trips and not able to be as diligent as I would like. The last trip will be completed at the end of the month and June should give me a better understanding of my progress. But being on the program is helping.

WW IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY
The weight watchers team has been great. They answer all my questions and get back to me in a timely manner. The WW app is amazing. It helps you all along the way in your weight loss journey. I really appreciate the support.
