Great, and exceptional communication!

It gives accountability for my food choices. I have learned a great deal about food and its good and bad values. When in doubt I can count on my team to help me.

Its not easy to maneuver through the weight watchers app. It used to be so easy but now it's just a problem. Also getting the answers is not easy. Also the prescription was going up to $149 when I can get it online from cvs caremark for $49 through insurance.

I have trouble figuring out the app. I dont know what I should be completing

So far I've been happy with weight watchers. My registered dietitian has been helpful with suggestions to keep me on track. My one complaint though is the fee you charge for missed on line appointments. I jotted down my appointment on the wrong day and was charged $100.00 which is quite alot, especially with this economy.

I love how quick my messages are answered by the clinician.

I was charge $84.00 and I have no idea what that was for? There’s no explanation nor anywhere to get answers.

Meetings with coach Julia L are great, and so many features of app are very helpful. After almost four weeks, I’m still struggling to figure out what I should eat to get a healthy balance of macronutrients - I can’t seem to get enough protein, carbohydrates, and calories without overdoing sodium and saturated fats. Also, some of the features in the app are difficult to locate - a navigation system or menu would be really helpful.

Your company has terrible customer service, and communication.

There was a mixup with my dietitian appointment and I missed it by 15 minutes and I was charged the $99 and I asked for an exception because I’ve been a member for over 25 years. Never had any missed payment or missed anything before and they told me they couldn’t do anything it’s a little bit disheartening being that I’ve been with the company for so long.

What made my experience great was i always had someone to ask questions to and got answers quicy

Our Coach Paul is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and a great speaker. He knows everyone’s name and gets everyone involved.

The app works with my overall health picture and syncs with Apple Health. The best program yet. I love not only the points system but also having macros and suggested ranges! I never worry about getting enough protein and fiber, and I know exactly how much to get. Tracking all of my food has allowed me to find ways to reduce my sodium. Tracking my weight and activity at the gym while my watch tracks my sleep allows me to correlate my actions to my results. Super helpful and super effective. And when I really want a soft drink or I really want a doughnut there’s a way to do it and stay on program and thrive.
