Biggest gripe there are no close…
Biggest gripe there are no close meetings available and this is big issue for me. I live in the east bay and there are no meetings available in oakland, alameda, berkeley, san leandro or hayward. the areas that have been chosen would take me anywhere from 35 to an hour to get to depending on traffic. I was most successful with WW when I could attend meetings; I felt more connected. Zoom meetings are impersonal, way too many people and I don't feel I get the same energy or help.

Trust the science
The community of people who are just like me. Life happens but you have people that help you through the tough times while getting back on track with the program it is not a one size fits all and it is not a diet. To me it's learning what I need to do to get where I need to be to live a happy and healthy life while living life and learning how to sustain this lifestyle forever. I love the app this has so many ways a person can learn, exercise, refocus on your why, relax, recipes, dinning out. I wouldn't change a thing.

I have been a member for 11 years
I have been a member for 11 years. I have been at goal, or very close to it for quite awhile. I would not have been able to lose the weight and keep it off without the meetings and the program.
