Welcome Wagon is a lasting and generous organization. It is a treat to receive their mailer when I move into a new area.

We have had many people "Just show up" at church on Sunday who are new to our community and say they got a letter in the mail. Also, Linda Farley is very easy to work with and prompt to help if I have a question or need a request. Thank you, Linda!

I was offered a $50 giftcard to Olive Garden and other restaurants. All I had to do was listen to a company do a soft water presentation, then I would get the card. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! I called them over and over and never received the card. Finally, they sent me a copy of a receipt for a giftcard which I never received. Welcome Wagon is not what it used to be!

Cara was extremely responsive and did her very best to make my experience a good one. She went out of her way to make sure that my requests were quickly followed up on. No fault of hers at all, it was not a good fit for my business.

we did not receive one lead from the advertising we did. I never saw one ad hit Facebook and I am in the key demographic that we were advertising in.

I was supposed to receive the welcome wagon package in the mail so that I could view my ad. After repeatedly asking I was sent a digital email with an example. That is not what I agreed upon. In addition, I have not received one inquiry from any of the ads that went out. I am now on almost my fourth month of paying for the service that I have not received any benefit from.

Very pleased to say the Pin Point program far surpassed my expectations! After my first mailing, I figured I would get a few shoppers and stop ins. To date we have taken in 2 new projects worth $9500 and $4300. I hardly ever advertise, mostly due to the time it takes to get everything together. And the phone tag!! Between Maura and the design team, it was done in one phone call just to approve the ad! It was so easy! They created the ad start to finish with awesome results! Thank you!!

My rep, Linda, was very helpful in creating the ad/image I wanted to show our potential buyers. She is always quick to return my calls. We were pleased with the quality of the postcard we chose, color, gloss, etc.
We are fairly new to Welcome Wagon and response has been OK so far but has certainly covered the cost.

The design team went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted, even though we weren't sure ourselves what it was we wanted. Ann Marie Hyndiuk was very helpful and kept us focused and informed.

Welcome Wagon prices seemed very reasonable. They did a good job of working with us to design a post card that we believe will be successful. Of course the proof of effectiveness will be the response we receive. We will not be able to measure that for a number of months.
