I have been so pleased with the results of my advertisement with the Welcome Wagon. I have had great results by having a customized mail out list, which Dawn (my sales rep) helped me create, to target certain areas near by business. I appreciate the professionalism and business smarts my sales rep had to guide me through this process, which would benefit my business the most, allowing me to get more for my money put out. Definitely would recommend Welcome Wagon to any business seeking to attrack new clients or to advertise special promotions. I'm planning to sign on again for another year!

Sales Rep Linda is amazing. She answered all of my questions and was not pushy or salesy. We have used them for years for another market and she made setting up a new market area seamless. Will certainly continue to use them.

After signing up with welcome wagon since 2018 of December i have not received any customers from the advertisement that they suppously deliver. I am very upset about the fact that they want to charge me $1200 for the months I have been with them and have not received not even one call. Please avoid doing business with this company because you will regret it just like i did. I never had such a horrible experience with advertising company until I was introduced to welcome wagon. I request a solution to the problem I am facing with the pending balance I have. I request that my contract ends which is what I wanted since the beginning and was told that it was to late to cancel.

As a manager I signed up my clinic and left the practice.
I was notified that I had signed and was accountable. Not the practice which I represented.

As such, leaving the practice I am personally paying for a company's advertisement that I don't work with.

This is asinine.

Rarely do I spend money on advertising, but I really liked the idea of how much visibility the flyers offer. Exclusive categories is a big plus too!

Welcome Wagon has been great for our Electrical Contracting company. We have added quite a few new customers to our database through Welcome Wagon and many have turned into returning customers.

Welcome Wagon's customer service is top notch! My reason for 3 stars is only because people are not bringing in their coupons they are receiving. I've been advertising with Welcome Wagon for 9 months, and have only gotten 3 total coupons back.
