£15 quid delivery 1 week later still no goods.
You pay nearly £15 for delivery yet you still end up waiting a week for it. Had the cheek to send me this link to leave a review when I've not even received the goods. Fair enough it was a bank holiday weekend but its still a week waiting time when your paying a courier fee? Chances are these courier are actually infact working so don't understand why this is.
If you are charging £15 for courier delivery it should be as good as next day. At the end of the day the product will arrive 4 days after you have processed it if its taken from the 2nd, which I still feel is unacceptable for £15 delivery fees. Its not just amazon that can manage quicker deliveries than 4 days, I've used DPD,DHL,Evri and UPS have all done next day delivery for around the price that you are charging. If I had known this I would have went else where as I'm now holding back jobs awaiting this equipment. I still feel this warrants a one star review to alert others.

I’m sorry you felt you needed to leave us a 1 star review.
We have checked our system and can see that you placed your order at 3pm on Thursday the 28th March, which would have been too late to process that day.
As you pointed out, we (and our suppliers) were then shut for 4 days over Easter bank holidays and reopened on Tuesday 2nd April. We note that you left your review on the 3rd April. This means we only had 2 working days to process your order and have it arrive with you in Glasgow (we are based in Plymouth).
We do understand that companies such as Amazon make this seem realistic, but even Amazon charge a monthly subscription for next day service and it is not available on all products either.
We use couriers to ensure security and reliability but we do not advertise, promise, or charge for a next day service.
Our review system does send review requests automatically 5 days after an order is placed which is normally appropriate, the 4 day bank holiday is an exceptional circumstance. We apologise if the automated review request caused you any distress.
We have been assured by our warehouse that your order will arrive with you tomorrow.

You charged me 1573.26 and only refunded me 1510. My bank is coming for the rest of it :( and other company in uk have no problem sending to America, instead you take my money then tell me you cannot send then refund less money ?!? Bad business !

We genuinely sympathise with your position, however as we explained, we trade in GBP and we received your order for £1,234.85 on the 18th September. We cancelled your order in full on the 20th September and refunded £1,234.85, providing full documentation to you of both transactions.
It is unfortunate that either your bank or card provider in the US have affected that transaction with fees or currency conversion.
We have been honest and transparent, refunding the full amount we received from you. We are not able to refund more GBP than we have received for an order.
We are again sorry that you have had this experience but we believe the fault lies with your bank or card issuer in America.

Incredibly bad dealer!
These weren't happy with my first try rating! They didn't manage to send a proper shipping notification, they didn't manage to send a tracking number - but, they canceled my order - because I'm not satisfied.... Well! That's how the English treat their buyers - I don't want to write customer, because that's not how customers are treated in the 21st century! Thank you so much for wasting my time for 1 week!

I am sorry you felt you needed to leave a negative review.
We only recieved your full payment on Friday the 11th August, with your order being processed picked and packed on Monday the 14th August, as we do not open over the weekend.
It was then despatched to you in Austria on Tuesday the 15th. which is the day you have left us this feedback.
Unfortunately our international shipments are not same day delivery yet.
As a good will gesture we have refunded your order so you can obtain the product faster from a supplier local to you.
