Grip fell off straight away causing user to fall over
Straps were laced up wrong. But more importantly the black grip instantly fell off when trolley was lifted up with a small oxygen tank on causing the elderly user to loose balance and fall over.(as I said on our phone call and private email he lifted it up to gauge its weight) he never carried it anywhere. Whats the point when its got wheels.Poor quality and feedback left at supplier. They are apologetic and looking in to it.. The handle INSTANTLY fell off.(as stated above) So are you implying that it's not built to even lift up a step? Poor show that for the money.

We are extremely disappointed that in this instance you feel we have not delivered on the high customer service and satisfaction standards we set ourselves.
Having investigated your issue fully with our supplier and manufacturer we have been advised that these trolleys are simply not designed to be picked up by the handle grip. The handle grip has not been specified to carry the whole weight of the trolley and cylinder, which is why the trolley has wheels. The product is manufactured to push a long a floor not be lifted in the air.
If the requirement is to carry the cylinder around then you would need a carrying case, rather than a trolley. The carry cases are available on the market, however they are not an item we currently supply through Welding & Welder.
