Maxi from Welldesigned. We thought we were using ClickUp before, but from the first meeting he walked us through what was actually possible.

As a marketing agency with 15 staff, we had someone who was spending probably 40-60% of their time in a week on project management, and he turned that into 5-10 minutes daily.

All that, and he was super fast, kept us updated with what was happening, and even helped train up the team on it.

We also have a lot more visibility over what's happening and where the bottlenecks are in our process.

We'll be working with Welldesigned again.
