As a few others have said the final payments of the settlement weren't received. It is easier to get to Mars than contact these people, unfortunately if you buy or invest in anything with the Wellesley group you are going to lose money and he is going to gain money. The Wellesley group are just well-dressed scammers, my money has disappeared, my balance was reduced to zero and I have been sent a share certificate.

No remuneration from share option selected from cva. Had a letter that reiterated wellesleys demise suggesting settlement in the future. I have received less than 50% of my money back. Can't complain on this site or review is blocked

I am still waiting to be paid the December 2024 payout after waiting 3 years. There is no direct contact and when you email, you are told that Wellesley will be contacting directly which they haven’t. I have lost money and am taken for a fool who can be just fobbed off with platitudes. Just so annoyed and having to go to the financial ombudsman for some redress. Awful company with no principle.

Wellesley Finance & CVA

Hi all, Like many Wellesley finance investors, I lost money when Wellesley Finance folded and my Property bond was sold to another company (Cloverleaf) via a CVA process. Wellesley Finance invested the money in property (a safe haven, supposedly) and due to Covid, were losing money and had to go into receivership. However this was not all as it appears and the company has seemingly duped many of the Wellesley Finance investors. Property prices during covid continued to rise about 10% per annum. Contruction was back up and running within a few months so Wellesley can't have taken such as massive hit from that as the physical buildings were still being built and sold on. From what i've found out in the last couple of years, Wellesley couldn't afford the repayments for the many investors which was due in October - December 2020, and therefore went into voluntary receivership. The investors lost a lot of their money and Graham Wellesley then founded another company (Cloverleaf) and bought up all the investment bonds at a fraction of the price. Where Graham Wellesley got the money to form this other company (Cloverleaf), I have no clue, if his company Wellesley Finance, supposedly had no money and had to go into receivership. It seems very much like the company was mis-managed very badly. Graham Wellesley also took out over >£1,000,000 loan from Wellesley Finance, which he has not repaid back to the company, insolvancy company or the investors as far as I'm aware. I took all this information and gave it all to the FCA financial regulator, but after having been passed from pillar to post with at least 5 different case agents looking at my complaint over the last 2 years, nothing has happened at all. Wellesley Finance haven't been charged with any financial irregularities and all of the Wellesley investors have lost some of their captial investment when Wellesley Finance went into a CVA and was sold to Cloverleaf. I lost about a third of my capital investment, so not as unlucky as some Wellesley investors, who lost larger sums and have previously commented on this site. Good returns in the first few years drew in many small time investors like myself and many have since been burned by Graham Wellesley and his cronies. Avoid any investments with Graham Wellesley or his subsidury companies, and stick to FCA regulated companies. I can only hope that with enough pressure from frustrated Wellesley Finance investors someone manages to get a break with the FCA and these people get what's coming to them.

Totally gutted Retirement fund GONE Bunch of Crooks

I invested £5250 as my retirement fund as I thought I would get a good return on it but I lost over £5000 and got around £250 back.
I think they should face criminal charges as it definitely should be illegal what they have done as all I see it as get people to invest then start a CVA so they can keep the money whilst still be allowed to trade making even mor money for themselves and losing other people momey

Same old story

Same old story, they partially paid in December 21 and stated the rest would follow on 28th February 2022, but at time of writing no payment.
In my analysis this is a confidence trick, they pay you initially, once they have your confidence then they think they can do what they like.
Finally, I had initially invested this money as a vehicle to fund a lifestyle purchase, Thank god it wasn't my life savings. Please in future do not trust anything which is not FSC covered.
