We bought a treadmill less than 90 days ago. Used it only a hand full of times and the motor started making a horrible noise and now it doesn't work at all. This was the reply from Wellfit after weeks of begging them to even speak with us and deal with their $200 broken merchandise......

We were very pleased with the treadmill. It worked great and both my husband and I used it pretty much daily.

We had an issue with the motor not working at one point and WELLFIT was very responsive to our request for warranty resolution. They were very easy to work with and our issue was quickly resolved. i would recommend WELLFIT treadmills.

the company is responsive and helpful to answer questions! nice affordable and easy to move treadmill. haven’t used it much yet but am looking forward and hope for many quality workouts. size is a great size too bc it’s not too big and not too small. fairly easy to use treadmill with user friendly buttons.

I Purchase 2 treadmills one for myself and another as a gift. I love how small and compacted they are leaving you plenty of room and easy storage. What's also great, customer service is also there to help with any warranty issues. They honor their policy replacement or money back.

This is my second treadmill in 5 months first was a deer run smaller and cheaper it lasted 4 months This treadmill is bigger better longer warranty better built I’m 6 foot 250 lbs I use it everyday so it gets abused so far I think it will take the abuse and I’m more confident with the 3 year warranty I’m thinking of buying the extended warranty 3 more years for $103.00 that’s a deal I highly recommend this treadmill and company I should mention I bought the TM029!!!👍

I purchased a WELLFIT walking pad and initially had a great experience using it. I really liked the size of the running area, along with how easy it was to store and use for both walking and light jogging.

After a few months of use, I did run into an issue with the motor that caused the belt to stop and display an error code. While that was disappointing, I will say that the WELLFIT customer support team was very responsive throughout the process.

They communicated clearly, reviewed the issue quickly, and worked with me to find a fair resolution. In the end, we were able to come to an outcome that I felt was appropriate, which I appreciated.

Overall, while the product did have an issue, the way the WELLFIT team handled the situation stood out. Their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the problem made a positive difference in my experience.

I purchased the Pink WFTM034 on sale for only $179.99. It came with free shipping. (Can't beat that!) It was packaged VERY WELL.The box had a few dings from the shipping process, but is very sturdy. It was strapped closed and reinforced with packaging tape over the binding straps. No damage at all to the walking pad, or any of the other packaged items included. I was able to set it up alone, it wasn't too heavy or complicated. All the other items included were inside 2 clear bags that were securely taped to the bottom of the box. The extra items in the box included a quick start intro page,instruction manuel, power cord, allen wrench, 3 little screws, 2 resealable 30 ml bottles of lubricant oil, remote with 2 AAA batteries, a red safety cord with magnetic button to start and stop the machine automatically, and a 5.5 inch X 8.75 inch mobile device stand that can mount to the treadmill bar. The treadmill bar folds down completely when in use as a walking pad and with the two wheels under the front, it makes it easier to move into a different room or location. The device stand is mounted at an angle so it does not touch the floor while the bar is down. Once the machine is plugged in and turned on you will hear a beep, and the read out on the display will say E07. To fix this, you just magnet the red safety strap to the connector on the bar and it will stop beeping and be ready to use. There are two legs underneath the machine that are already installed. You can tip the machine and manually unfold these two legs and get a greater workout with a 10% incline. The walking pad/treadmill is very easy and fun to use. I'm not a runner, as of yet, but I did jog on the machine for less than a minute. It is very sturdy, and ended my curiosity of whether it could handle more rugged use. I downloaded the free WELLFIT Health & Fitness app onto my phone and synced my machine by turning on bluetooth and locations. The app has preloaded walk/run workouts and a few other recommended courses. Some of these automatically increase and decrease the speed of the machine as you workout. So far I have used the customized scheme and loaded a 30 minute walk since I am just beginning to use this for my wellness journey. The app includes preloaded music and depending on which workout you choose has a video of the path or city you are walking/running in. Your workout can be controlled by the buttons on the treadmill bar, the remote or the app. I joined the WELLFIT Treadmill Global Group on Facebook and they have a lot of helpful tips and wonderful members and supportive admin staff. They encouraged me to post my workouts on their page. I get lots of thumbs up and 'good jobs' from the members of the group. The walking pad/treadmill has a 4.5 inch X 2 inch digital display you can easily see on the machine while you are using it. All workouts have a 3 second countdown that beeps and shows on the display on both the machine and the app. It starts at 0 then goes up to 0.6 mph, nice, slow and comfortable.Then I just increase the speed to whatever I wish, up to a jogging speed of 6 mph. It has 2 preset buttons of 3 and 6 mph for quicker increase to desired speed. It also has Plus and Minus buttons for slower transitions to desired speed, a start/pause button and a stop button. On the app it lists other users and their distances for a competitive edge. After every workout the app automatically displays your stats with your auto-generated user name which can be changed and personalized, your workout date, time, distance, calories burned, steps taken, average pace and fast pace both listed in feet and inches and your cumulative days distance in miles. The model I purchased lists a user weight up to 320 pounds. I saw that WELLFIT has a variety of larger and fancier models with a variety of pricing.I got the TM034 due to limited space, outstanding price and the Pink color that was available. Pink is $10 more but I did a Google search for a coupon code and found 1 for $10 off my model number. With the machine itself,the free app and the fun and engaging FB community, I've gotten way more than I imagined for the price I paid. This walking pad/treadmill got me up, out of my rocking chair and moving again, all while I watch my favorite TV shows in the comfort of my home. I can't Thank You enough.

I bought my treadmill not even a year ago and have a warranty and have been going back n forth for 2 months about the broken cord. They keep sending the wrong cord replacement and then I’m told they can’t send the correct one by a different agent. Then they eventually offered me a $50 refund to go towards a repair and when I said I’d take it they are still going back n forth with me that they sent the correct cord and want more pictures even though I have sent plenty and have been dealing with this for 2 months. If your integrated cord breaks for any reason, just know you are screwed.

3/20/26...We purchased a walking pad in May 2025 and after 8 months the motor had an issue. Wellfit advised unfortunately ,the motor warranty coverage ended 180 days ,after purchase, and the model we bought has been discontinued.. They offered a gesture of goodwill refund to use towards a new walking pad. We accepted their gesture of goodwill refund.

Product broke after a month. Company discontinued product and offered me a refund that they said would be received in 2 to 3 business days. It's been 10 business days and no attempts have been made to refund back to my card according to my bank.

It can be used as a walking pad also when the handle is kept folded down. Comes with a "pad" attachment to rest a cell phone or iPad on. It does have little wheels to move it along. Its VERY quiet too! I can watch TV while on it. I have mine folded, with the "pad" attachment on the handle & lean it upright against the wall. My only complaint is the length of the electrical cord! Another 3 feet would have been helpful. I have to use a power cord extension to reach an outlet. I didn't need anything large, not movable with fancy this or that, so this was perfect. I highly recommend the TM037! 🙂

I was never able to use this treadmill because I refused it from Fed Ex due to the box being extremely damaged. The box was covered with tape. I contacted wellfit and explained the situation and they are returning a full refund. I am sad that I was not able to use this but I am nervous about having it mailed again since the drivers have no care for the products they deliver.

Ordered a treadmill and thoroughly enjoyed it. Ended up having an unrepairable issue. Prompt response and very satisfactory resolution. Considering ordering a different treadmill from them.

Treadmill is well designed and compact. Was easy to assemble. It is portable and easy to move, especially with the pneumatic tube which makes it lowering it a breeze. Plenty of room on treadmill for walking.

I received a treadmill from wellfit I noticed alot of damage to it . I took pictures and sent them to the company. They promptly responded and wanted to help with the situation. They asked if I could take pictures of box which I had one picture which wasnt great and the box had gone to the trash . I explained that also and they said they will stand behind the product they sold and offer to replace it . The company was quick to respond and wanting to help quickly. Alot of companies wouldn't do this . I highly recommend wellfit treadmill
