Die Bestellung war schon sehr undurchsichtig. Falscher klick und man hat Ware dabei die man nicht braucht. Kniepflaster bestellt, sind in der Zollabferigung und ich soll jetzt Zoll zahlen. Sonst geht die Ware zurück und es können Gebühren anfallen. Bin vor kurzen schon auf Chinalieferung reingefallen. Vorsicht!!! Bei solchen Anbietern, hier steckt leider Betrug hinter

Ich bekomme von getwellnee.com unberechtigte Zahlungsaufforderungen.Angeblich habe ich dort am 29.09.25 Ware bestellt erhalte von Klarna Bank Aufforderungen innerhalb von 4 Wochen über 32,05, dann 23,04.Ein Beschwerdebrief an Klarna erfolglos. Am01.11. wieder 39,80.Ich bin 88Jahre, Krankenstufe 3.

This company is a rip off don't waste your money in ordered 1 to try it they took my money and then took another payment for 4 more told them to cancel my order within an hour but they told me it had been dispatched what a load of rubbish the knee brace arrived today and what a load of rubbish they are, tried to get a refund but no go they just email back say they hope you enjoy using the product SAVE YOUR MONEY

Ville göra ett köp på en grej . Lämnade alla mina uppgifter namn adress betalning via Klarna och innan jag avslutade beställning så skickade de ett mail att jag beställde 4 grejer och de är på väg att levereras. Ville stoppa direkt men det gick inte. Att komma i kontakt med dom gick inte heller. Efter några dgr svarade dom på mail att jag gjorde köpet. Nej ! Jag gjorde inte köpet. De gjorde köpet åt mig ! Så handla inte därifrån.

I have had the same experience. Over charged and then chsrged again. Thought I was spending 17.95 plus postage and they took 105.00. Scamners

Another one here conned. Ordered 2 kneebraces, clearly rejected the upsell offers and was still charged for a further 4 knee braces I do not require. More than doubling my total bill.
Requested ammendment within 5 minutes of ordering, but surprise surprise they were already picked and shipped nothing they could do.
What Bullshit.

Ordered 1 knee support and they're charging me for another 4. Like everyone else I've been scammed. Wouldn't have given any stars. Stay clear of this company.

Ich habe leider auch die sehr negative Erfahrung gemacht, dass mir Windesschnelle mir 3 Produkte bei Paypal abgebucht wurden, die ich nicht bestellt noch bestätigt habe. Ich wollte lediglich ein Produkt für 17,95 bestellen.
Meine Nachprüfung ergab, dass ich durch meine Angabe mit Paypal bezahlen, diese Bezahlung im Einzugsverfahren von Wellnee erfolgt ist.
Dadurch forderte Paypal mich auch nicht auf, die Bezahlung zu bestätigen.
Ich habe aber Wellnee nie eine Berechtigung zum Einzugsverfahren gegeben.
Ich war lediglich einmal auf ihrer Webseite und wollte einen Artikel kaufen.
Das nenne ich wirklich Betrug und kriminell.
Denn scheinbar konnte sie auf diese zurückgreifen,
als ich angab, mit Paypal bezahlen.
Was kann ich jetzt tun? Denn es ging ja wohl einigen
vor mir genau so.

I ordered 2 packs of pads but it wouldn't let me get of the offers and got charge for 4 pack as well they can have the 4 back as soon as I receive them I will never order with them again

I ordered 1 box at £14 but was tricked and they stole £48 from me. I cannot emphasize enough please stay clear of this web site it is a scam they did not even send the item. I am going to try and see if some of the news channels will pick up and do a feature. Once again please STAY CLEAR IT IS A SCAM

Don't buy the nasty patches. I watched 1 to try and I got 4 boxes. I tried to get my money back . No joy.....they even tried to put a subscription on my PayPal account. Lucky I stopped it. They made my skin hot and felt like it was burning. They didn't do anything. What a waste of time and money.....I didn't want to give the 1 star . PLEASE DON'T PAY FOR THIS.

Oh how I wish that I had read these reviews, like so many others the order received was not what I chose- I ordered two kneebraces at a cost of £29.95. This payment was taken followed by a second payment later that day of £52.80 for a further four unwanted braces. I assume that the company feels secure in the knowledge that distance renders them safe from retribution.
Another experience learnt the hard way!

Shameful fraudsters.Why is this wellknee company not fined and investigated. Ordered knee patches and within seconds they added another pack at extortionate price.Am in the process of taking it further.will report how I get on

Vorsicht bei einer Bestellung von Wellnee. Ich habe eine Kniebandage bestellt und einen Rücksendesendeschein angefordert. Die Antwort per e-mail: Eine Rücksendung ist zu teuer, ich kann die Kniebandage an Freunde verschenken. Das ging aber leider nicht mehr, weil ich die Kniebandage schon an den Absender, der auf den Päckchen stand zurück gesendet habe. Dann kam eine e-mail, das ich nur 50 % bezahlen muss. Dann kam eine 1. und 2 de Mahnung von Klarna und jetzt eine 1 de und 2 de Mahnung von einen Inkassobüro. Ich werde keine Bestellung bei Wellnee und keine Bezahlung mehr über Klarna machen.

Es wurden nicht bestellte Kniebandagen geliefert.
Wir werden überschwemmt mit diesen kriminellen Methoden aus Asien. Gleichzeitig wurde der PayPal gehakt. Riesen Ärger nun auch noch mit PayPal

Hätte ich doch das Geld lieber gespendet. Alle guten Bewertungen auf wellnee hat sich die Firma ausgedacht.

Betrüger auf ganzer Ebene. 1 mal die Patches im Warenkorb und plötzlich waren es 8 Pakete. Warenkorb konnte man nicht mehr einsehen. Dann sofort storniert auf verschiedenen Wegen. Kam Stunden später die Antwort dass die Ware angeblich verschickt ist und es nicht mehr storniert werden kann. Echte Abzocke!!!!

Vorsicht! Im Bestellprozess gibt es zwar den folgenden Hinweis zum Anklicken: „Ich habe kein Interesse mehr“, wenn man da drauf drückt, wird einem aber in Sekundenschnelle eine schriftliche Bestellbestätigung „untergeschoben“!

Ridiculous ordering system. I wanted one knee brace. I carefully picked my way around the numerous add ons before checkout but was still charged £60 for 4 more braces.
Emailed straight away to cancel to be told my order had already been processed and could not be cancelled. Beware

Ordered knee brace and nothing else, each time I look at My Bank Account it appears I've ordered more patches, which I never wanted or ordered in the 1st place !! God knows what will get delivered, if anything, STAY CLEAR.
