How is this company still allowed to operate. Like so many people here I too was taken in by this company. Once you purchase an item the web site throws up a timer to purchase another at a discount price, throwing the consumer off guard and preventing them from leaving the site. Confused I closed the site and left.
I smelled a rat and checked my account. They had charged me for 2 additional items, 4 month supply and a subscription. Which I have blocked with my bank. I tried to cancel my order immediately but they mess you around firstly by sending an email saying I needed to reply to confirm my cancellation(small print to reply to a different address) who does that! Then an email to say my order had been shipped. Gangsters. I have reported them to Apple Pay, my bank and will report them to trading standards. Also they are registered in Lithuania.

I payed over £50 never received order customer service was awful still waiting and no sign of my order of refund

Abzocke.Die Bandage wird bei Temu für 3 Euro angeboten.
In der Kniekehle drückt die Bandage stark.
Rückgabe wird bewusst verzögert und man bekommt eine Rücksendeadresse in USA. Kosten der Rücksendung müssen selbst übernommen werden.
Nie wieder!!!!

The only reason why l did not give this website a one in scoring was.

I had been emailing them for an over order refund. Which l did not order.

They took money out of my bank account without my permission or knowledge that was on the 30th August.

Sunday 31st August they refunded my money back into my account.

I was most happy, however shocked too.

We ordered a simple article.
It added two more things and blocked the (any) cancillation process.
We are going to the credit card company to block the action now.

Die Firma ist alles anderes als seriös .Einen Warekorb den man vor abschicken der Bestellung anschauen kann gibt es da nicht.Sobald was angeklickt wird gilt fast als Bestellung. Das Abbrechen der Bestellung geht auch nicht.ich habe die Seite direkt geschlossen nachdem ich bemerkt habe das der Knopf " weiter "nicht zur Kasse führt sondern weitere Artikel hinzugefügt hat. 😡Das angebliche Formular zur Storno ist auch nicht vorhanden. VORSICHT BETRUG

Hier handelt es sich wieder um ein chin.Produkt. Und wie bei allen chin.Produkten die man über online bestellt hat man auch in diesem Fall keine Rückgabemöglichkeiten. 10 Minuten nach Auslösung der Bestellung habe ich den Vorgang stornieren wollen. Keine Chance.... Der Versandvorgang sei bereits in Gange gesetzt worden und den könne man nicht mehr stoppen. Unzählige Emails mit wirren Argumenten der Firma. Meine Befürchtung, dass das Produkt der größte Mist ist und nicht einmal annährend das hält was es verspricht hat sich leider bewahrheitet. Es schnürt einem beim Sitzen das Knie ein und verrutscht andauernd. Rausgeschmissenes Geld. Selber Schuld, warum kaufe ich immer wieder Ware aus Made in China

Ich kann die übrigen Bewertungen nur bestätigen- die Ware ist im Prinzip unbrauchbar, eine Rückforderung sinnlos/ unmöglich.

As many others i too have been taken in by this company. My original order arrived with no problems. I received what i had ordered. But i have now received emails on two occasions stating that my order had been received. This is totally untrue as i had not ordered any more as i didn’t need any more and on both occasions money had been taken from my account. It seems that by just opening their emails an order is instigated.

...why would they need to spam with no return email address?

I can't imagine what would make anyone buy this nonsense.

rutschte ständig vom Knie, also verkaufen die wirklich nur Schrott.überteuert !!
von wegen 30 Tage Rückgaberecht.aber nur wenn die Ware verpackt ist.
wie soll man da bitte schön das ausprobieren ob es auch funktioniert,wie die es in der Beschreibung beschreiben.
alle Kommentare sind nur gefäkt ,um Kunden zum Kauf bewegen. mit Rabatten etc.
die haben nicht mal einen Stern verdient .

I want to give them minus stars. They are liars and have stolen money. What a fraudulent company.

Just like everybody else, my order was processed without my permission, I had ordered one set @ 13.75, filled in payment details and that’s when it came up with increased options and I got scared and came off the site without confirming my order, then I get a confirmation order for £81 ! Cancelled order straight away, I have an e mail confirming my request to cancel within 4 minutes yet some 4 hours later they send despatch details. This company cannot be allowed to get away with this, can we not all get together and do something to fight back ??
Just to update I have been refunded for my order

Mir ist leider das selbe passiert, wie allen anderen. Habe mich nicht vollständig informiert. Ich habe eine Bandage bestellen wollen. Erst dachte ich, es klappt gar nicht, dann hatte ich unwillentlich plötzlich zusätzliche 6 Stück bestellt und zu den 30€ noch 75€ bezahlt.
Nachdem ich den Fehler bemerkte habe ich erst gemerkt, dass die Lieferung aus China kommt. No way es zurück zu schicken.

I wouldn't give them any stars. They are a fake shoddy company. They NEVER LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. IVE HAD EXACTLY THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS THESE OTHER PEOPLE. IM GOING TO CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS AND HOPEFULLY GET THEM SHUT DOWN.

The company are dishonest and have no compunction about lying to you. I placed an order but on checking I found I had been tricked into ordering too many. I contacted their customer services who said I could cancel up to 12 hours after placing my order. As instructed I confirmed I wanted to cancel and adonly30 mins had passed it should’ve honoured. Instead they got back and said my order had been dfspatched. They continuously lied to me about this and refused to refund me and cancel the order. The knee braces are rubbish, offer no support and after a few days do not stay in place. Do not waste your time and money on this shoddy company

Same as everyone else- website is a trap and adds more items than you want to your order. Emailed them immediately but ‘ my order has already been despatched’ surprise surprise. Have reported to PayPal and waiting for a response

Diese Firma taktiert wie eine Betrugsfirma! Nicht nur, dass die Ware weit unter Wert ist - wie man unwissentlich zu weiteren Bestellungen geführt wird, lesen Sie hier:
Wie ich soeben, leider zu spät, erfahren habe, bin nicht nur ich auf deren perfide Masche reingefallen!
Man bestellt ein Teil und wird Tage später angeschrieben, dass die Bestellung "nicht vollständig" sei und - zack - zu neuen Bestellungen hingeführt. Und ehe man sich versieht, hat man vier (!!) weitere Exemplare für 57,55 € (zusätzlich der 30,90 € des nur einmal bestellten Knee Brace) gekauft, ohne erneut etwas angeklickt zu haben!!!!!!! Sofortige Stornierung wird ignoriert, Geld schon per Paypal kassiert und alle Kontaktversuche mit vorgefertigten Mails mit lapidarem, nicht zutreffenden Inhalt beantwortet. Dass die erste Bestellung doch komplett war, ist daran erkennbar, dass die Lieferung bereits am nächsten Tag eintraf obwohl ich erst nachts, einige Stunden zuvor, den Stadtnamen eingegeben hatte.
Vorsicht, wenn Sie bereits mal eine Bestellung getätigt hatten.
2. Betrugsversuch: Gestern selbst erlebt!
Man bekommt eine Mail auf's Handy, mit der Frage, wie der Artikel gefallen hat. (Das interessiert die wirklich einen Sch.....dreck).
Die wollen lediglich mit einen miesen Trick eine neue Bestellung erschleichen. Sie werden nämlich auf eine Seite gelockt, wo Sie mutmaßlich den Artikel anklicken, mit dem sie unzufrieden sind ..... stattdessen bestellen Sie mit damit weiteren identischen Mist!
Denn oben steht ganz klein und unauffällig: "Bestellung"
