Extremely disappointed and frustrated
Extremely disappointed with WellnessBaby.
My original delivery failed, so I provided an updated redelivery address. Despite this, my package was delivered to a completely different address not associated with me or my family.
I spent several days going back and forth with customer service and the carrier only to receive repetitive responses with no real resolution. Even after it was confirmed the package went to the wrong address, I was still told to handle the investigation myself.
What concerns me even more is that customers are unable to leave reviews directly on their website, which feels very misleading considering the experience I had.
