Shady tracking notifications. Super-slow shipping.
I placed an order with this company on Nov. 10. A week later, when I hadn't received my order, I tracked the order, and it said "delivered." I looked everywhere around my house, but there was no package.
So, I called the company on the phone. The outgoing message says they accept calls until 5pm EST. Well, I was calling at 4:25pm EST—yet, no one answered the phone. So, I left a voice message, describing my issue, and I also expressed my concern that they weren't answering the phone during their own, published hours.
Then I found my email confirmation and wrote them via email.
A short time later, someone emailed me and said my order was being "prepared." This was a full *week* after I had placed the order. But remember how the tracking had said "delivered"? I checked the tracking again, and it had been changed to "en route."
So, the tracking language had changed—but the new language was still a lie, because the company confirmed that my order had NOT even been shipped!
I replied, expressing my dissatisfaction and told them I expected them to make this right somehow.
Well, 48 hours later, they finally replied and simply wrote, "We understand your frustration completely. We are preparing order WB-11637 for immediate shipment 24 - 48 hrs and will update you with tracking information shortly."
So, a full *9* days after my order was confirmed (and 2 days after it had been marked "delivered"), they are now saying they will *ship* my order in "24-48" hours.
The $6.99 shipping fee suggests it will be USPS (or another standard carrier). They're in the Eastern time zone, and I'm in the Pacific time zone, which means that *if* they ship it in 24-48 hours, the soonest I will receive my package is a full TWO WEEKS after I ordered it.
Furthermore, each time I've emailed them, I've asked the *specific* questions—which they've ignored repeatedly.
I will never do business with this shady company again. You've been warned!
