Filled out quiz. Got 1 email. Then 5 months later got charged. Never used. Parent in hospital. Dont even remember signing up. Never got email about charge. Just was charged. Reached out not knowing what it was on the day of charge at 3am. Refuse to credit. No exceptions. Nothing. Not a one time basis. Gross company. Never logged in once with parent in hospital wasn't able to check out. Not a fan. Most companies will work with you. Give you extended time. They do nothing. Even escalated to supervisor and got automated response same as previous person. Horrible way of dping business.

Scam! I've never heard of this company and never downloaded their app. I received two Paypal charges this morning and Paypal immediately declined my dispute! Total was $121.00 and I didn't purchase or download anything...I am fuming!!!!

The content is basic. Basic transparency is missing.
I signed up thinking this was a one-time payment. There was no clear, prominent indication that I was enrolling in a recurring subscription, yet I was charged again.
The receipt and confirmation email also don’t clearly state billing frequency, renewal date, or future charges - basic transparency is missing.
Support pointed me to terms and conditions instead of addressing the misleading experience.

Horrible experience with this app. I saw the ad that had no mention of a fee. I downloaded the app took a look around and decided it wasn’t something that would be useful. I never agreed to any charges. A few months later, I saw a fee show up on Apple Pay that I had not authorized. i looked at the credit card and realized there was a 19.99 charge at the time of download a two 49.99 charges. I immediately emailed to cancel the subscription. I also called my credit card company and the said the could not do anything about the charges. I received an email from wellverse saying the cancelled my subscription, which to be clear, I never agreed to in any way. This app and company are awful!!!

They subscribed me initially for 14.99. I was going to cancell but and I could not either find the website find any menu to unsubscribe from the app.

Furthermore next 3 months they charged 37.99 per month. Imagine an app to help people on ADHD with some tips charging hell of money. also the app is useless and definitely not worth for that money.

Stay away from the app and never sign up.

1) Déjà par rapport au nom on pourra croire qu’il y a une application mais ce n’est pas le cas! C’est uniquement disponible sous forme de site.
2) En minuscule est écrit que l’abonnement d’essai d’un mois se prolonge automatiquement le prix passe du simple à plus du double (de 20€ à 50€/par mois).
3) Il ne vous avertissement pas de la fin d’abonnement qui approche.
4) Le contenu ne mérite absolument pas ce prix! C’est très très light! C’est honteux!

I would not even want to give this company a single star. Their deceptive practices and sneaky renewals are absolutely insane. They do not send a reminder email either so BEWARE! DO NOT FALL PREY to this service. I would not even refer to them as a company. They have no customer service number; you have to contact them by email. And they will not refund your money after taking it whenever they want! All they do is regurgitate their terms of use and make no exceptions for anyone. They only want your money so don’t be a fool to be their next victim. You have been warned and I hope you stay away.

Very Bad experience. You take a Test and Thats it. You dont have an App its webbased and the Customer Service is Not very Customer oriented. Careful you dont even know that you are a member and by surprise they charge you with almost 50 € a Month.
I have Never used it, but they say its not their Problem which means they are not interested in Customer satisfaction and a Long Customer Journey

This company has total disregard for customer care. This company is registered in Cyprus and advertised their service in a misleading and deceptive manner. The app interface appears to use a multi-step flow that is confusing for users and may lead customers to make unintended purchases or purchases that they didn’t aware of . When asked for refund straight away after being charged twice, the company point to their refund policy which doesn’t apply to special rate and yet they advertised their money back guarantee next to the special rate.
Then they overcharged by saying we agreed to purchasing additional bundle.

They prey on innocent victims seeking mental health support . The don’t win subscription business as they are happy to scam the first two payments .
Avoid this company at all cost as it’s company that behave like a professional scammer .

Don’t ever even try this app! Content is poor and definitely not worth the money. They also don’t make it easy to cancel your subscription and before you know they withdraw money from your bankaccount. So be warned

Since this program said it was helpful through the teen years I expected something a little less basic. Within an hour I asked for a refund. I was informed that the small print on the introductory price is that it is non-refundable. Make sure you know that before signing up.

If I could give zero stars I would. They do not give a warning when they will be charging and then they tried to say I signed a form and agreed to a subscription. I dont even know what this app is. I've asked for a refund and they just being stubborn so I've decided to give negative feedback.

Do not use!! You will be signed up for a subscription you can not cancel even if you thought it was a one off payment. I was charged twice for what I thought was a one off payment. They then took another much larger payment from my account with authorisation. It’s a scam!

I rate this ZERO stars. They are frauds charging folks without consent beyond their free trial. And they have zero customer support to rectify the problems. Stay clear of the fraudsters behind this cesspool of unethical practices.

It’s a basic note book don’t recommend it at all extremely week and if I can give it 0 I would.

This is a scam! My account was debited with no authorization from me. There’s no contact details for this company, no way to cancel the program in the app. Be very careful when signing up for this app

I wish I’d seen reviews before signing up. I thought I was starting a trial but was charged multiple times without clear consent (over €110 total). There is no in-app cancellation, only email, and refunds are extremely hard to obtain even when contacting them immediately. I accessed the content once briefly and couldn’t even download the app properly. Still fighting for my refund. Very misleading business practices — do not recommend.
