This Foldable scooter is better than you could ever imagine! I am an engineer and looking at the design of this it is top class. It does everything as it says on the Tin. Buy this and you will not be disappointed .Lightweight Reliable easy to use and well constructed. Get one now!

Very good service.
Very good service from Anna. She was answering my emails very quickly and in very polite way.
At the beginning I had an info from my email provider that the first email which I had from the company was suspicious. It was quite tricky info for me. I emailed the company and ask when I will have my parcel. Anna was always answering very quickly and politely. I was looking forward for the product which I have ordered and Anna promised me to have it as soon as possible and shekels her promise 😊

Bit of a wobble, but mind was set at ease
Bit of a wobble at first with regards to shipping and being informed where the parcel is. But I emailed and within about an hour a very helpful young lady named Anna got in touch to sort things out. She was quick, courteous and knew what she was doing. Completely set my mind at ease. Customer service is far from dead.

Fold up scooter delivered quickly but…
Fold up scooter delivered quickly but unfortunately it is too heavy at 16kg for me to lift into my car boot alone! It folds up manually. I was hoping to improve my independence so disappointed! It doesn’t seem very good quality and is only supplied with one battery, not 2! Spare space is empty where the second battery could sit.

We are happy with the scooter but only 4 stars because firstly the silence from receipt email until the one telling us it was being delivered, so on info always makes you worry. secondly there was a little minor damage to the hub caps ( Which has been dealt with By Anna). also the 1st review request came by email before the scooter was delivered and this the second one 3 days after delivery, please give us a chance.
